This app is nice I enjoy it Because it doesn t automatically flip to the next work out you have the option of repeating a work out When you get stuck in a place it s difficult for you physically you can spend two or three workouts repeating it It has allowed me to build strength that was absolutely absent from my body I still use the app but I also am now fit enough to join other classes and not completely embarrassed myself or hold back the class                     A 24 7 personal trainer Longmen4

Argh Why doesn t this app advance you to next workout You finish come back in two days and I don t realize until I m done repeating the workout from two days ago it s still on the workout from two days ago Then I have to delete then try to add on what I should have already done such a silly simple thing but frustrating Otherwise five stars             Rrrr Does not advance to next workout 1mm5q6

I paid good money for this app Now they came up with two new apps called Great Butt and Great Legs They want users to pay again for the app The new Great Legs app includes squats which waters down this app for the Great Legs app Do not bother and buy Great Legs instead They should combine both apps into one They offered the other app for free so I no longer hurt for the other app                 Another ClearSky fitness22 watered down
It is really good for pacing and getting a person back into a routine It doesnt have reminder notifications so you have to remember on your own to do them Also it doesnt automatically forward to the next day so the first time through it took a lot longer because I kept doing the same day over and over for about six sessions before I realized I wasnt making progress              Does the job

Im a slow distance runner and crosstrain with 30 minute high intensity elliptical work outs My quads were just as sore after the first week as they were after I first added the elliptical                 Works like a charm if done properly

One of the things that I love about my Nike running app is that it tells me today that I have a 6 mile run tomorrow It would be wonderful if this app would remind me on the days that I chose or every couple of days dont forget to log in your currently it just says See you in a few days when you complete           Great App Needs reminders

The new version adds lots of us useless glitz and noise but no new value The app stays on the last workout you did so youll find that you often do the same workout over without realizing it There also isnt a volume control so if you turned down the volume somewhere else youll have no sound in the app and the side buttons control the ringer not the volume It could be a great app if the people who write it actually used it        Last version was a lot better

This app and the others like it from the same publisher is visually very appealing However despite the articles talking about it from various outlets there is no Apple Health integration They also lack workout personalization as is common with similar apps where you test yourself before beginning and then start at the correct level based on what you can already do The linking of the different workout apps is nice but could be smoother especially since theyre often sold as a bundle           No Apple Health integration
They advertise on your purchased products If I wanted the 7 min Workout app I would have bought it I dont need an annoying reminder every time I log into my purchased product Annoying Not worth the money     Dont Bother

With the help of this app and some of the others I get my daily workout Its great that it gives you time to stretch before and after the workout and resting periods in between reps It also lets you record what days you did the workouts so you can keep track of that as well              Gets the job done

I dont buy apps and I dont work out Except now I do I love this collection of apps and how they build up to a fullbody workout It keeps me motivated and progressing at a safe pace so I dont burn out in the first week And its got such an easy to use interface                 Except now I do
When I started using this app I could do only a few squats at a time but I followed the training program and made it all the way to 100 I feel much stronger and I was amazed that the app really seemed designed to increase only as much as I could handle each session even as I kept thinking I had reached my limit I took off one star because this doesnt integrate with other health apps I use and because I wish there was a bit more flexibility with training after having reached 100 I tried to keep doing 100 with each workout but found that a bit boring so I switch between different days from the last three weeks of training to be able to keep using the app I also used their situp and pushup apps simultaneously and found it easy enough to switch between them to get a comprehensive workout Great app If you commit to doing it this app will get you through it              Its possible
