Square 2.3.2

When people started asking if I accepted cc`s, I looked into my options. It`s always seemed like more trouble than it was worth, but Square has the best pricing, and No merchant account. My clients love the reader; they think it`s cute, it fits in my pocket.
I have a couple with cards on file. I don`t know if you`ve noticed, but tips are few and far between lately, but the clients who use square generally tip more than 20%. They just tell me to add whatever. No percentage necessary. I now get an average of 25% tipping, and no more "The check is in the mail".
I get paid within 48 hours mostly, and never have to argue about whether a check was cashed or not.

by Sincerely CoCo So all was well until an "update"... After the alleged update EVERYTHING has gone awry. I have NO idea what the update included because I havent seen anything but a "WAITING" notice. The app won`t load. Thank goodness it works on my iPad & I have PAYPAL HERE as backup. FIX THIS ASAP....

by ~BigE~ I had to use this app when I ran my business in Alaska because my merchant services couldn`t get me a terminal for 3-4 weeks. I figured I`d give it a try, at least I`d be able to cards right, u was wrong. Day one I had over $8,000 in sales with imprinted credit cards, square only deposited $2,000 and held onto the remaining $6,000 for a week. At this time they didn`t have a phone number, only email. I know work on cars out of my garage and they say that I cannot use their services even when I supplied them with invoices. It`s a good thing they just partnered with Starbucks, maybe their money will help Square get their head out of their behind
