I agree the interface is pretty unfriendly But you can track Apple steps unlike what someone else said But you have to enable it from in this app on the device page Click on your profile to get there However No group support in this app that I can find     Not ready for prime time RoHo42

I recently moved to this from virgin pulse and I would say the experience is terrible This app is very complex to understand and difficult to use I feel I am lost and have no idea what I am doing This app provides very less motivation for any sort of activity     Complex and Difficult AJ26 die hard

My company switched to this from Virgin Pulse as a company health tracker Talk about a downgrade While Virgin Pulse wasn t great by any means it was way more intuitive to use It automatically synced your Apple Watch steps upon login which was nice With this app it appears you have to manually enter in steps as there is no clear way on how to sync steps With the ability to manually enter your steps people can just cheat to climb the leaderboards if they wanted to Very disappointed my company switched fitness providers     Terrible so far Rj0545

Way too many glitches takes forever to load and then it s not accurate anyway The website and app say two different things Activity log constantly says unknown activity I sent feedback to customer support they said they were aware of the glitches and that they were working on them I don t doubt that they are but I have not seen any improvements since our challenge started august 1         So many glitches Shelly1818181

This app is still terrible It freezes constantly and has to be restarted before it will recognize anything you ve updated WHY EVEN BOTHER OFFERING AN APP Just stick to devolving the website until you can release an app that functions     Truly Terrible pollywoppus

I really like how I am able to connect my Fitbit with this app However I wish it would sync more than just steps like water and exercise for example Unfortunately I am unable to load the app literally every night when I go to add my fruits veggies water intake and physical activity It is incredibly frustrating         Good idea but never loads Liz Russo

Using this for Greentrek at work but over half the time the app can t connect to the server and won t load On the off chance it does load it s very very slow and glitchy Very cool concept needs a lot of work though         Loading issues Lfight

I used this app last year for Green Trek and wasn t impressed then and my opinion hasn t changed this year after only using it for 3 days so far I ve spent more time trying to communicate with the server than actually being able to do anything on the app itself I sure hope this isn t what we can expect over the next two months Not sure why WF chose to use this again but will have to make it work as there is no other option I really do want it to work         Painfully slow nofly

Sprout constantly crashes and is glitchy if it even loads to begin with My company used it for a finite fitness and health competition so I had to use it but otherwise I would not recommend it to anyone     Only used it because of work crappy app ActionParker

I m using this app to log my activity for Green Trek at my store and much like the review above mine the app is slow inaccurate crashes frequently or just doesn t work at all It takes a while to open and then crashes every other time I attempt to log activity The leader board use to be difficult to access now it just doesn t come up at all Even the actual website is incompetent I think the app is still in its first version so I m doing my best to be patient with the growing pains but I m wishing my company has gone with another app to log out activity with Green Trek now Hopefully it will get better     Bad just bad Mrgetwright

I got this app to track activity for the Green Trek but am underwhelmed with the features loading speed and accuracy of data when it does come up I see information for users at Your Location that aren t at my store at all The leaderboard is painfully slow to load on wi fi and cellular data if it loads at all When it does load it omits certain users or doesn t show accurate updates More often than not it displays an error message that it s having trouble communicating with the server The data categories are extremely broad or even when limited to my store don t allow for comparison tracking of individual tasks and accomplishments without looking back through the activity log entry by entry The Fitbit connection is nice but doesn t update or sync regularly Overall I m unimpressed with how this app performs considering it s our go to app for Green Trek         Slow and clunky shantron5000
