This brings remote capture to my credit unions and lets me view all my various credit unions balances into one place also love being able to transfer funds between credit unions right from home                 Just works

Worked great for me for months allowing me to transfer funds and pay bills from phone This week my car loans and Visa information went away Just displays share and savings account info Why And why have it if thats all it does     Whered they go

each time i choose a picture of a check the app closes this is the coolest feature of the app whats up with that iphone 4s and have successfully deposited b4           Deposit broke all day today

I can access all 6 Credit Unions that I am a member Balances are available on on screen for all 12 accounts I have Also you can transfer funds between credit unions too A must if you have membership in multiple Credit Unions                 Best Credit Union App ever

Its not the easiest to use app out there and its all my CU supports so its better than nothing That said Id love it if Sprig would add support for Touch ID           Its Not Awful

My credit union recommended this app so I attempted to install and configure it After two tries and over 20 minutes going in and out of the app having to log into my credit unions website twice to verify the info Sprig wanted me to suppy and being told on the last step that Username is already in use I deleted it Im all for security and a secure app particularly related to banking but this registration process is WAY too cumbersome I dont have even more time to get on the phone or a chat window with Sprig tech help to iron it all out I deleted the app and will continue to login to my credit unions website like I have done for years     CUMBERSOME REGISTRATION

I am such an idiot for ignoring the negative reviews for this app It is a great thing that I love the people who work at my credit union as I prefer to see them when doing my banking anyways I love the concept mobile deposit but not by this company I used it once and it worked the way it is supposed to And that was it one time The second time as I began with entering my login info it gave me an error message with a number Anyway the short of short part of this story as I managed to get to the security questions i did this on my laptop at home I answered them CORRECTLY and it told me that my answers were INCORRECT WHAT DO NOT GET THIS APP Of course if you choose so you will end up writing a more scathing review than mine Good luck downloaded on an iPhone 5     Sprig Springs the Worst App ever

This is the only mobile banking option my primary credit union offers I use it all the time I like that I can transfer to my other credit union also                 I like it

Seriously this app is truly amazing That facilitates so easily to transfer money between different credit unions including instant fee free peertopeer transfersand intrabank transfers between your own bank accounts If you use the credit union this app is definitely a must have Fluid design with intuitively out The app instantly verifies your bank account with microdeposits This app is definitely heading in the direction the banking should go                 This app is amazing

Just down loaded the app on my iPad Air with OS 8 When I open the app all I get is a blank white page with a red border on the bottom Nothing to see or click Totally worthless so I am deleting this App     What a waste

Ive reloaded this sprig app 4 or 5 times and it keeps messing up The red box that gives the options for looking into your accounts crunches down to the very bottom of the screen so all you see it about 116th the picture and the rest is blank Why wont this work Trying to deposit a check via mobile so I dont have to drive all the way to the credit union     It just wont work

The app worked well the first few times I used it Made banking with a small child in the house much easier Now I am unable to answer my own security questions and no one at the company is able to help me I have talked to 3 different people had a request submitted for a call back and I never received one In order to do anything to correct my problem I need to get a new password odd since I know my password and that is not the problem I wish the company could figure out how to problem solve their own product     Not helpful

It took a while to get setup but it working It useful to be able to view your balance on the go Thanks again                 Great app

The signon screen on the prior version was much more user friendly in that the keyboard presented contained the and a period This new version makes you switch back and forth to the numerical keyboard to get these symbols Once you sign in you are presented with an animated circular arrow with the message retrieving accounts until your session times out No account data is ever shown In short It doesnt work at all Id recommend staying with the older version     Doesnt work

I have been using this app for close to one year It was working fine until I found two checks that I had deposited using the app that never showed up on my credit union account I will not use this app again     DONT TRUST IT

Doesnt update Shows wrong balances doesnt show recent activity for DAYS I have no idea whats going in with my accounts unless I go online Whats the point of this worthless app Calling support doesnt help either They just tell you that it takes time for account history to update What I can refresh and it shows different activity each time They just dont get it nor dont care     TERRIBLE APP WORTHLESS

Badly written program has the feel of the first try by a beginning programmer Surprised this could get past Apple and into the store     Horrible

Ive been using this app for quite some time and have loved it Today however Im singing a different tune I made a transfer from one CU to another and received an error msg I tried to put the xfer through again and thats when I saw that my money was missing from the originating acct and never made to the other acct 30 min on the phone with sprig yielded ZERO results and plenty of frustration     Missing money

the app crashes every time I take a photo of the check Im trying to deposit     crashing

1 The app will not let me log in or re enroll 2 It says my email is already in use and it should be I had sprig beforeI had to enter a different one to proceed 3 It says my cell number is invalid it is the only one I have had for 10 years but it took my home number in place of a mobile number 4 It will not locate my CU and i know it is there It found it in find a location and I have transferred money from that CU to another over the phone 5 In short this app is a mess and CUSTOMER SUPPORT WELL YOU DONT SEEM to CARE     HORRIBLE DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Im able to use the computer base platform to access my accounts and do transfers The mobile app does not work as advertised I am running iPhone 6 on iOS 802 While I am able to access the mobile app I am not able to view my account balances or conduct transfers between them Unless this is fixed in future updates this app will stay deleted sorry     Does not work

Worked great for me The installation was straightforward iphone 5 ios 712 Depositing a check and transferring was easy Finally getting up to speed with the other financial institutions                 Great for me

Downloaded original app abd decided to delete Got enticed for new improved app which is buggy Doesnt work correctly Called customer support twice and spent total 56 minutes with two reps who couldnt help me reset password or figure out what e1001 e1016 e1040 or e1041 errors meant Customer support does not know the app and hence cant help fix issues     Horrible

App wont log in with same credentials that work on website Mobile website is completely screwed up too I wish my CU would just add mobile deposited to their own app     Broken

It works perfectly for me It requires some personal information to confirm your existing accounts After confirmation small deposits are made and the sum total withdrawn to confirm account activity I no longer have to make trips to the bank to perform shared banking transactions For those for whom it doesnt work I wonder if your banking institutions must have an existing agreement for shared branching banking My two local credit unions do this which is probably why it worked from the start for me As for thefeel of the app it does what it promises and looks pretty enough to get the job done Transfers between institutions are immediate A wonderful time saver for me I only wish I had this years ago                 Perfect for me
