Im trying to plan my ride in Montreal and the bike paths wont stay on the map despite my settings If I were local might not be a problem but Im not        Bike paths come and go

Tried a number of apps for Bostons HubWay system this supports that and more The map of nearby stations is great station info is easy to read at a glance and the bike paths are a nice bonus One can also create save and share their own bike routes for commutes tours etc Well Done and thanks for providing it for free                 Easily the most polished app available

Its a little crashy but is an invaluable resource Look forward to using it again              Awesome

The new interface is terrible Removed the ability to sync favorite groups Now the app crashes every time I try to open it even after restarting phone     Update is a downgrade

The app seemed to get better w the latest update concerning the update of available bikes however the colors they chose to detail whether a bike is available is hard to distinguish from the empty racks The blueblack doesnt work Bring back the red it was a much better color difference           Meh

The first thing that should be added is the ability to navigate Google Maps right from the app Notifications with vibrations as I ride by bike stations Im not familiar with the area so returning the bikes on time was almost impossible The time should be increased to 1 hour since tourists wont know where the stations are located at That should be enough time to drop off the bikes           Needs improvements

After losing my favorites multiple times Ive gone back to the citibike app So annoying           Would give 4 but

This app was great but it he latest version has a lot of bugs crashes wont refresh menus not working Plus moving around app not as user friendly as before and overall look not as crisp Loved the app before Shame they messed with it     Good app gone bad

The transition to this version was horrible I had to restart the phone and delete the app and install it again to get it to quit crashing on me In the process it lost all my favorites On tob of that this version is very difficult to read because the text is so small The developer gave no thought to usability What a pity        Problematic Update

This app takes an inordinate amount of time to update stations even with LTE The screens are also not organized very well the app just feels unnecessarily bloated I do appreciate that the map view allows you to see levels of both bikes and docks Ive found a couple good alternatives Bikeit its very lightweight and iOS 78 friendly The Transit App also includes Bikeshare Dont waste time with Spotcycle        Slow and clunky design

Limited experience but worked perfectly for a day in Minneapolis The bikedock stations were right on the money in each location we visited Nice features and interface too                 Does what it says

This is great when it works but after a few uses it stops loading information and I end up with a blank page Have had to delete and repurchase several times           Fails to load

We used spotcycle on our recent trip to DC and it worked great We tried to keep the cost low and plug on every 30 minutes and this app was perfect for that letting know how many bikes were available as well as how many docks were open We HIGHLY recommend this app                 Great for tourists

The map does not automatically refresh with new bike data I had to go into the options menu and manually update it or completely shut down the app and reopen it to refresh Highly recommend staying with the previous version until they fix this        Dont update

Before updating the app was perfect Ever since updating to 40 I can no longer open the app It loads then quits           40 wont let me open the app

Version 3x is way better 40 wont reupdate the stations for me if the app has been open I have to completely close the app swipe up on iPhone and reopen Also the new color scheme makes it difficult to distinguish between open bike slots and available bikes The new color scheme just seems so cluttered now        Dont update to 40

It used to sync my favorite stations now that feature is gone The interface is pretty but Id rather have more features instead of augmented reality     Update was not an improvement

New version mostly crashes Handful of times it opened with none of my old settings and no bike data it looks like they took an excellent efficient interface and made it a jumbled mess Complete fail     Did they test this

I dont normally write reviews for apps But I was so frustrated with the userunfriendliness of this one I cant help expressing my displeasure The routing function is very difficult to figure out You have to know to tap the green or blackwhite flag for start and end Then theres no go button once you pick the start and end points You also cant easily copy the address of a station and go to a different mapping app The data takes a long time over the network to update I parked my bike but the app didnt register the additional bike I had to get a receipt to make sure the station registered the return of my bike Lastly this is a nice to have but the app doesnt show recommended bike routes on the map Bike routes however are prominently displayed at the station so they have the info     Horrible

The new pie chart map pins are a great idea or would be if they worked consistently Some stations show accurate pies Other stations show an all full icon but tapping on the station reveals that half of the docks are empty Please fix           Good idea needs fixing

I wish this app were better It is fairly slow and crashed 80 of the time on the first open I have had it for close to a year now and have had to input my favorites 5 times as every once in a while the app just quits on me and pretends it is brand new As a functional app it is great It really helps with navigating the capital bike share stations I just wish this it wasnt so buggy as you anticipate it breaking all of the time        Wish it were better

This used to be a great app but the new update made it worse rather than better difficult to navigate refreshing works only from time to time etc           update does not make it better

This latest version is a terrible step backwards No way to refresh the data and it doesnt seem to happen automatically either The whole favorites thing is poorly thought out how do you edit groups or rename them or delete them UI is a mess Who needs augmented reality make the core app work first     Terrible step backwards

Everyone bikes here in Denver so I figured this app would be helpful since I often get to a b cycle location and find no bikes left I thought I hit the gold mine with this when it was showing me that it tells you how many bikes and docks leftawesome Not so fast Its October 14 and the app hasnt been updated since January 9 Buzzkill Anyhow at least it has the stations left and a cool timer        Somewhat useful

I love the pie charts for the stations in NYC Far better than the app citibike provides                 Better than citibike app

Works for me and super helpful for bikeshare here in DC                 Works great no complaints

This app is amazing but it is crashing now when I try and sync my favorites of my 2 accounts btwn my Ipad2 IOS6 and IPhone 4S IOS 5 DEFINITELY WORTH HAVING BTW Also Suggestions 1 RESERVATION OPTION eg Car2Go 2 AUTO TEXT MESSAGE when a bike becomes available or a doc at a station yes it may not be there when we get there but at least we know it just got there at that moment 3 BIG ONE Allow maps to DISPLAY ROUTES WITH LEAST AMOUNT OF INCLINE Show map from one place to another with the least amount of hills and incline I love the favorite groups of stations and the radius feature This app is very accurate The paid version is 100 worth having even though I am having a temporary kink with the synchronizing btwn devices              This app is amazing but

It does not refresh easily you have to tap it on just the right angle to pull it down I work on the Longwood area and I legit need to refresh every minute to dictate what station I head too It is really not user friendly and I find it hard to believe they beta tested this with anyone who actually uses it Also why cant I rename a station for myself     This is not user friendly

iOS 703 Hands down best app for Bcycle systems I should know why We use it exclusively for field operations on one and love it                 Love it

I used this app on my iPhone constantly for a 4 day trip to dc Its not at all buggy Updated lightening fast Make sure you turn on the show bike lanes feature as those were helpful Only thing I would have liked to see added were metro stops                 Well done

This is a great app but with the new update now it doesnt seem to work properly on iPad I like the improvements in graphics from what I can see Sometimes it crashed but functionality overall and data quality has been reliable Unfortunately I had to delete it the buttons dont all work and I cant seem to see my favorites any longer Hoping for an iPad version           Not working on iPad anymore

The feature set looks nice but the app very rarely works on an iPad3 Usually it starts displays the list of favorite stations then hangs The hubway web page is a PITA to use but at least it works reliably     Would be nice if it worked

Ah yes they made it even worse with the upgrade No the icons dont show up properly on my iPhone 5 for example the options and target location buttons AKA the gear and arrow icons are half off the screen Awesome Not In addition this app is okay but the droid version was far superior The iPhone version of this app does not show for example either the location of Metro Subway stations nor how many bikes are in the dock total versus how many bikes are actually docked there It also does not update as often     Loved it on the Droid iPhone not so much

Ive been using another app for the Boston Hubway system but this is so much better It even caches all the local maps bike lanes and station locations so you can still figure out where the next station is even without wifi or 3G Brilliant              It works offline
