Great app I used the other Sportys app to pass my private written This one met my expectations and prepared me to pass my instrument written                 Passed my written

This is a great tool for getting your instrument rating It worked great for me because my busy schedule wouldnt allow for traditional ground school This app let me pick up where I left off and study at my pace It includes a written test endorsement after a couple of successful practice tests I passed my real written with no problem after using this app                 Well worth the money

I just passed my instrument written exam yesterday Sportys Instrument Rating Course was an excellent ground school course that really prepared me Im now preparing for my check ride This course is the way to do it                 Excellent Product

Worthless because almost all the training listed is locked meaning Ya gotta buy the very overpriced Sportys products Why bother Wasted download but will now delete Bad PR MR SPORTY     StallSpin

The content here is much more up to date than the Kings are peddling however the app needs some serious work When finishing a quiz there is no Im done only a Quit button which does not record the fact that youve completed it the video downloads dont work consistently and provide no feed back as to how far along its gone so you dont know if its almost done or just not working which is mostly the case It is the best study course there is for the ipad but that isnt saying much since its pretty much the only ipad study app currently Also have had a lot of cases where i clicka video to watch it and it opens then closes after a few seconds Not very happy with app atm        Good Content But

I purchased the Instrument Rating Course after looking into various study materials and I can say that it was definitely worth it The videos are well done and are a good introduction to the material If you are like me and have a hard time learning from a textbook this method is much better The written test prep portion of the app is just like study buddy for the private pilot and is a great way to study the exam questions When I had a questionproblem about the app I called Sportys and their customer service was excellent It may be a coincidence but the day after I told them about my problem an update was available and it was fixed One thing that could be made better is the inability to access the supplemental test information from within the written test prep This is the only reason I am rating this app with 4 stars With studying with this app I scored a 95 on the instrument written exam Heed the advise they give within the app about areas the FAA in focusing on as well it is true                 The best way to study

Not even close to prepared for the written test After watching and absorbing the info from the videos I was scoring in the 4050 percentiles After a lot of additional ground prep I scored a 90 on the written exam but definitely not because of these videos     Poor prep
