I used this when my family of four vacationed with a family of three This app made it so easy to sit everything up easily with the family size differences Kept us focused on having fun together rather than worrying about splitting bills who paid for what and list receipts I just entered the expense as we went along and it told us who was ahead and behind so we knew who should pay for the next meal or whatever Then at the end it only took 10 seconds to equalize everything up It made things much easier less stressful and promoted a sharing type of mentality I did not find anything lacking It did take me a second to figure out how to rename an expense but I was able to do it gear icon inside the expense Great app that I will be using again Makes vacationing with friends easy

This is exactly what I was looking for and never dreamed I could find I am traveling with two older relatives who want me to do all the thinking as if I were the tour guide Theyre willing to pay into the pot but I should just cover everything after that And yet I didnt want to cheat them or me I created a Test trip in the app to verify Itll account for sharing rooms in some directions with one of us having a separate room Itll handle people ordering different dinners we dont have to just split the check evenly I can created an Expense item to hand everyone a lump sum for souvenirs that they dont have to otherwise account for to the group And at the end it tells me who owes whom more money Terrific with a fancy printed report to boot Perfect

Truly does everything you need Outstanding

Used this on a month long trip with 5 friends and made everything easier We all took turns paying for everything and recorded it in the app and sorted it all out in the end Would definitely recommend Makes group travel so much easier

After a monster trip with over 200 entangled expenses among 7 people I spent 2 days sorting things out accounting by hand and preparing an expense report Then I thought there must be an easier way I discovered this app In 15 minutes of data entry this app produced the same results it took me days to get I was proud of my arithmetic but Id rather save the time NOTE This app doesnt work on my new iPhone 6 Please update This is big time saver

When you live in a group you definitely need this app Plus It does its job pretty well My 5star for you the makers The app i just needed

I love this app It has totally revolutionized the way I travel with my family I know this is probably an uncommon problem but when we travel my father insists on paying for everything for everyone which drives my poor mother crazy Now we can all just let him produce his credit card and pay while we smile and enter everything into splittr Then we even it up later Thank you SO much splittr Great app

I have used this app for a couple trips now and it works great I love the ability to unevenly split expenses too for when you go out to eat I no longer have to make notes in my phone for who owes me money An idea for the future would be the ability to sync with other people in the report that also have the app I am usually the one organizing finances anyway so its not a huge deal Fantastic app

We use this app to settle up expenses for the roommates in a share house every week Im not a finance guy so when I first tried to settle up all the expenses with setoffs among the roommates in excel it was taking me hours and my math didnt work out in a way that I could replicate easily ie couldnt figure out the right formulas This app makes all that stuff easy and intuitive The only critique I have is that I wish the final report the app produces had more headings and explanations for how things got settled the way they did For example when you adjust an expense so that it is not evenly divided among the participants a hugely awesome feature of this app the report does not make it totally clear why the numbers for that expense are adjusted in a way other than proportionately The report also could benefit from more headings and explanatory notes as mentioned above but Im sure that stuff will come in future versions of the app All in all a great app Great for Share House

Im so relieved I dont have to figure all this out My family can know the cost of joint ventures and in a report It isnt to much when we all split the cost so easy Thanks Great app

This app came in very handy for recent trip and splitting expenses with a friend Its gross to see where he stands with our contributions to the trip Id like to have Dropbox or iCloud integration That way either one of us could enter transactions and information from one of our devices Also their backup of any data entered Currently the information is only on one device So if you lose that device your records could be lost Other than that I really like this app a lot Good beginning to a useful app

Wow Ive needed this for years 7 college friends get together for a long weekend every year in a different city We usually have to create a complicated spreadsheet at the end of the weekend to figure out who owes who how much This worked PERFECTLY Bravo bravo Fabulous app

Best app for this type of product on the market Doesnt require everyone to sign up One person can handle all of the inputs Well worth the 2 Great bill splitting app

I have used this to calculate who owes what for a roadtrip and I LOVE it I was trying to use Excel and it was a pain Glad I found this just a few days in Itll also be used when figuring out paying for gifts and such with coworkers A few things that would make it even better When inserting an amount it would be great to have a calculator option When selecting the purchasers and the contributors it would be awesome to have an option to customize the costs for example if I owe 20 but my brother owes 10 itd be great If I could do that without creating separate expenses This one may not be possible but it would be cool to connect with PayPal or Venmo so I could send the person who owes a request through the Splittr app using my venmoPayPal account Would also be awesome to provide access to multiple users so each can add expenses Love the app and am so thankful that I found it Thanks for creating such a great app Such a useful app
