Completely worthless for workouts You can get the actual workouts in Youtube which is what they do in the app No Actual Workouts

They refer you to google for the actual workout The videos are YouTube Videos Its organized well but not real helpful to get actually going with a workout just googled information and videos organized on a simple app builder Its a shame it could have real potential but not there dont bite on it like I did just saying Not real good at all

I have never written a review but this made me so angry I felt compelled That is a dollar Ill never get back Ha I have done Spartacus for years and it is a great workout I thought this would replaced my lamented card and go though the 34 min routine Nope Not one of the exercises was on this app Worst app ever

The app is not helpful as a training aid No workouts only non functioning links to youtube Not a good app

garbage apps is just like a copy and paste from a magazine video links are all broken less than a min on my phone and deleted please please read reviews garbage
