Soundscape Recorder app has been update to version 0.9 with several major changes and improvements. App release that improves performance, provides several new options.

The Soundscape Recorder is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. App wont load on my iPhone 4 brings up a black screen However it does load on my iPad Mini Retina as an iPhone app Will try to record a few different soundscapes tomorrow for Earth Day hopefully doesnt need GPS coordinates as my iPad is wifi only No iPhone 4 support

when I open the app I see the launch screen but then the screen goes black and never loads the program never loads

On my 4s it loaded ok but the intro goes black and freezes Hope its fixed soon nice idea Soundscape recorder

Like the other reviews said theres nothing but a blank black screen Doesnt work in iphone 4s

This is project is very interesting and admirable to capture a million plus sounds from all over the Earth in a single day Amazing idea

This app gives everyone an opportunity to be part of a global research project The app itself is very good looking and very easy to use Innovative way of doing research

I downloaded the app on my iPhone and was able to record and answer the questions however when I try to name it it lets me write the name and then the app freezes it wont let me write in the description or do anything else It is completely frozen I deleted the app and started again but the same thing happened Im very disappointed Retired teacher

Glad to be part of this research Wonderful idea that will be great to watch come together Great Idea
