I signed up put my credit card in and booked a two hour massage for Sunday afternoon at 3 We got the confirmation from Soothe that we were confirmed and all set My wife and I were excited about each getting a one hour massage We made arrangements and dropped the kids off at a friends house came home mixed up some cocktails and sat by the pool We had originally talked about going to La Costa Spa for massages but thought wed give Soothe a try As we sat by the pool enjoying a cocktail and we were talking about how much better having someone come to us would be than going to La Costa Then at 252 EIGHT MINUTES before our scheduled and CONFIRMED massage my cell phone rings I expect its the masseuse stuck at the guard gate but no its the Soothe customer service guy saying Im sorry we dont have anyone available for your massage This is 8 minutes before the scheduled and confirmed time I booked it they sent me a confirmation and we planned our entire Sunday afternoon around this Horrible embarrassing execution Are you kidding 8 minutes before You position yourself as highend luxury and you no show us with 8 minute warning LAME I like the idea but ideas are easy and execution is difficult This was a terrible experience and it appears Soothes great idea my be short lived We ended up very disappointed and we should have just gone to La Costa     Terrible

The massages are fine except one woman smelled so bad it took me everything I had not to stop her But my biggest problem is that they are consistently at least a half an hour late I live in Malibu but they should take that into consideration when they book me One woman I had was from Malibu too and she was also late So frustrating I shouldnt complain about a luxury but still        Always late
