I don t know what I would do without this app It is very calming but also great to work to helps me stay very focused it s magic even when I am tired In coffee shops I combine it with a white noise app and am totally in my own world Best app ever for work But it is not being updated and I get error messages when I open it saying will slow down my phone I use it anyway but am worried it will stop working soon Please please update this app And thank you for creating it                     Helps me work better than Ritalin Writer single mom

This app is a great way to quiet my thoughts down when I lay down at night It works best with headphones as the pulsing sound goes from one ear to the other which seems to help me focus I love that you can customize which sounds you want to have and the balance of the pulse to the ambient sounds Yet it s simple enough to quickly pick your settings BEST OF ALL no cheesy looped sounds like most relaxation apps I ve tried                     Works great Sunrn1
