SOLEUS GO!

Its very difficult to work but at least it was working before I updated to iOS9 Now every time I try to sync it the app automatically shuts down I uninstalled and reinstalled the app it still didnt work Nothing works This was a big waste of my hardearned money You tech guys and developers really need to come up with a serious bug fix for this horrible app     Crap

Is there going to be an update for this to sync with Apple health app           Health App

Best fitness tracker yet I really like the bright LED readout The bluetooth text read out from phone is very helpful when in steam without phone Love this tracker been using for 3 months now and hope it holds up under my hard workouts                 MR

On nearly every sync I need to repair the device with the iPhones Bluetooth When the app syncs properly it is excellent and customer service has been responsive however the frustrations encountered from pairing over and over and over have made me almost give up this device completely The pairing has been worse with iOS 8 than with 7 Please fix this        Repairing for nearly every sync

Does not work with IOS 9 and support says it is my phone Save your money and dont buy any of their products     Support is Worthless

So far the tracker seems to work well and the app has decentgood functionality Would like to see the app optimized for new displays and to see a few features start exercise mode incorporated into the app           Not optimized for new displays

After the update the app just closes and wont sync FIX IT please     Wont Sync

The app has basic functionality I couldnt figure out how to set certain options eg Inactivity alert via the app had to do on the device For the developers please allow us to change what info shows up when pushing a button it takes 5 button presses on the Soleus Go to get to number of steps taken           Basic App more features would make is great

While I like the Soeus go bracelet the app is useless I dont know whether it is a hardware or software issue but it is almost impossible to get the bracelet and app to sync They must be repaired every time you want to look at the app and sometimes wont sync at all        Soleus Go

I bought this when it was new and had little review about it my mistake Its unimaginable that in all this time that the supporting app is still garbage with little care from the company or any concern about user complaints or attempts to fix the app Its a little ridiculous to have any company without a qc department Ive tried it on a few devices some dont even support the app at all and the devices that do the watch doesnt sync The only thing that makes sense about this nonsense is that it was an intentional company model to mass produce crap watches put out a cookie cutter app which has a few pretty windows to entice buyers only to sucker ppl for quick profit Try Fitbit since that company has its tech together and the watches and trackers are by far superior to the crap that is designed by soleus Congrats soleus on screwing ppl out of money and lining your pockets Im sure your sales have dropped and there is little time left on your expiration date Good riddance     No tech crappy product

This app used to work great until i downloaded iOS 9 Now the app wont sync and it wont read the bracelet device at all There needs to be an update ASAP to help this app work again           Needs an update ASAP

Since the IOS 9 update this app is working on my 6 plus     Not working

Its a decent system but major flaws need to be fixed For example the Bluetooth pairing I think it has worked once without me having to repair the bracelet to the app which is very frustrating Secondly the functionality of the app is minimal You can only view in detail what your current progress of the day is you cant go to a specific day and see the detailed layout of how you did that day you can only see the total        Needs a lot of work

I absolutely love my Soleus Go Band I picked it over the Fitbit around the same price However I wish this app worked better with the band I have difficulty syncing sometimes to the app I have no problem syncing the device with my phone The Bluetooth on the device works great I wish the app was more innovative Maybe a better personal aspect Like weight graphs and reminders syncing with device I think the app could also be cosmetically more appealing All in all it does the job after a few tries        Love the Soleus Go but the app could be better

I have updated the iOS on my phone and now the app does stay open I open it but then it just closes immediately My band still works I love it just wish the app would work So I give it a 5 but right now I am only giving it a 2        Not working

Before the latest update you could set how many seconds the display would stay on max was 30seconds Now that is gone and it only stays on like 8 seconds I really need this to stay on longer Can this be changed back Please change this back thank you           Tch1d

This app is extremely basic dull and boring I love the actual wrist accessory but there is no way I will use this app until its updated because it just puts a basic damper on my day they should look at there competitors apps and then they will get good ideas on how to make this a app that fits in with this generation of technology If they want to be successful then they will devote there time to making this app better and pretending like they care about the product but other than that the actual accessory is great     Needs a lot of work

The update fixed the iOS 8 issue Now can we have it sync to the health app              Good overall needs health app integration

Ive had the watch for about 2 12 weeks and it was awesome for a week Then the app sopped syncing to my watch so I deleted to try to reset it only to find out it was deleted from the store Now again it still says data synchronization fail so I cant change any of the settings on the watch because I reset it ie sleep time step goals etc Also the watch isnt counting my steps or distance correctly anymore Very disappointed so far Edit So I fixed the problem but I had to make a new account because the user is stored ONLY on the bracelet not the app or online That needs to be fixed Also the app should be able to sync to 2 Soleuses instead of one because that would be very convenient Thank you Decent needs improvement Very frustrating           Disappointed

Since I got the update I cannot get my device to link to this app I have deleted it and redownload it and every time I try to open it it just goes away or closes I am looking for someone to call or email to help me with this issue At this point now it was just a waste of money     Wont work with IOS9

My watch that I had been happy with was turned into a piece of junk IOS 9 and this app do not work together AT ALL I reached out to the company for help and got an email back asking for information I gathered the information which included resetting my watch because I couldnt use the app and sent it to them The response They sent me the same form email that asked for the information Maddening Now the watch has the wrong time and I cannot set it because the app is crap     Piece of junk

This app is horrible Syncing the data is cumbersome and ridiculous not to mention it doesnt work half the time     Love the gadget hate this app
