While my matches are great not everyone is using it as I do I have SEVERAL potential matches that arent even using the app anymore because they say Delivered but not Opened Another fact Ive been seeing is that this app needs improvements in finding matches that are closer to you Geographically I live in KY and a majority of my matches are from TN and some other surrounding states and this poses a problem because there is no geographical selection choice that limits where your matches are from So while this app is great in finding people it needs improvement on finding them closer to where you are and keeping them on the app so they see the smiles others send              Localization

While I like that you have the option to look at someones Instagram photos and all of their profile pictures on Facebook I dont like how you can only choose from a batch of five photos at a time What if none of those five people catch your interest Then you have to wait until the next day to look at another five people none of whom might catch your interest either Tinders better cause you can browse through for as long as you want I appreciate its efforts in differentiating itself from other dating apps but Id rather spend my time on Tinder its more efficient and fun        Tinder is better

Your app is garbage It does not open Photos do not load It says 20 99 then gives 299 Sending doesnt always send the first time w4bars LTE Ive sent error reports many of times Ive used this app for a year Ive met a few lovely prospects whom Im still friends with However the app itself is frustrating and a waste of my sanity and time     Garbage

This app really is sad I dont know who is in charge but theyve wasted a brilliant concept You used to be able to look at plenty of people and now its throttled down to 4 sometimes less because it will let you see people youve already sent smiles to people a day if you see no one youre interested in tough luck hope for better tomorrow Terrible action for guessing why would you offer only 4 choices a day to send smiles to but 6 people to guess if that was who sent you a smile Statistically speaking you dont want anyone matching on here which is the most backwards thing I can really imagine The way the app runs is also poor constant image loading issues and often poor connection issues since youre encouraged to sync several social media accounts Not to mention this app is a ghost town I go to a large school with a very active social scene and many bars yet no one had heard of this app why Because whoever has made this app is a failure at business and marketing For over a year now smikeback is working on finding partners in your area and nothing has changed I mean the only reason people would want to use this instead of tinder and it seems like there is no effort being made Either market better so that bars will feel giving the drinks would be warranted or actually find a bar so that people would have any reason at all to use this app No bars in Nashville or Knoxville just tells me that you completely gave up on this app its really sad     Terribly managed

I downloaded this app when I had and iPhone but I no longer have one so I cant use the app anymore However I keep receiving emails from SmileBack and I have no way to unsubscribe The developers havent responded to me either     Cant unsubscribe from emails

The app was kinda good I liked the concept but after a while it gives you no choiceeither you invite friends to join or it wont show you any more matches After a week or so of using it the only the only thing it shows me when I want to see my matches is invite friends What if I dont want to invite any friends what if I just want to see my matches There isnt any no thank you or maybe another time button as an alternative I deleted the app after it blocked me from being able to choose whether or not to invite friends        No choice

Nice app for meeting mutually interested students Pic swiping could use a little work The profiles dont reveal much about the person which is good Adds a little mystery Nothing beats a smile              I like It

At the old version there was a daily limit wich was a painful And they changed it to seeing limit which is not helpful Maybe you need to sell tokens but you can just simply limit to send smile not number of the profile that we can see daily     Old version was better

Just started using the app decided to get one month of pro to try it out but when I got the subscription none of my tokens showed up so I contacted support via email and they fixed the problem in minutes Its almost 12 at night and someone was available to take care of my issue very impressed                 Good support
