The system frequently forwards pages to the wrong doctor This leads to delays in patients being taken care of patients not being taken care of and potential inappropriate release of protected health information There is no way to easily see where the call came from or to correct the problem or route the call to the appropriate doctor The automated phone function reads off strings of unintelligible numbers and data field designations in a way that is impossible to decipher without a code book     Dangerous and horrible Patients may die because of this app Neurasthenia123

This app seems to have been made by complete novices The aesthetics are completely out of line with iOS and make you feel you are working in the 90 s era The functionality promises so much but delivers unreliable performance at best Most of the times I do not get a page through the app but only find out about it through back up SMS sent to my number It is not A connectivity issue as I have excellent wifi and cell coverage where I work The block CLI feature is useless as it does not block your number and actually transmits your pager number This is even worse because patients page you back Overall I would not give this app a single star if it were possible Update after going through multiple updates the functionality on the app remains extremely poor It crashes constantly fails to transmit pages actually has bugs For example there is an option to forward pages but actually no way to select a person group to forward pages Every day is a new nuisance     Unreliable KhudaKaBanda
