This app is ok But after you update your I pad it Will kick you off and won t let you store any of your information and take it from the fit bit so of course it starts losing information and then you can t see your progress over the week or month you can t track your sleep or anything else until smart fit wristband decides to update them selves hope this was helpful and think twice before you get this app for an iPad it works just fine on an iPhone         Doesn t work after update Aud mom

It works great If it does not work for you it is because your band is not connected To do that go to connection settings then press your function button on your device connect should pop up You know you are connected when a red flashing circle is at the left corner of your screen This activity tracker works great But you have to connect it every time you get on your phone If you want to ACTUALLY track your activity get a fit bit                     It works But Sofipurplecat

I wasted 20 00 on this from Justice thinking it might count my daughter s steps it can t connect to the app the app doesn t keep any settings and I can t even give it the correct time within the App Geez Justice and it s parent company Gymboree I m very disappointed in this watch and App     Piece of junk Spurtie

For those people that say it doesn t save your settings and goes back to default Make sure app is sync with your band Do this go into app choose connection setting have your band close to your phone like in your other hand Then click on connect your band will then count down from 10sec click the side button on your band THEN when you connect button on your phone turns to disconnect that means your phone is connected to your band At that time you can go into user settings set your profile then you will see a save button on the top right hand corner of the app We bought 2 of these Justice bands One had a flash failure new out of the box The other one works fine My review of this product is If you go cheap you weep These is a good TOY for someone that is under 13 years old don t waste your time if you re any older And really going to use this device to measure your activity             Read this review Marco(Dallas)

Got the app and watch for my daughter She paired with her iPod touch and it worked well Within a matter of minutes the watch was paired with the app and it was tracking her steps Directions were easy to follow and set up As long as you follow the directions it saves your settings just fine and works well at least with her iPod touch and it is an older version Not bad for the price                 Not bad Obxarf
