I am not one to write review but this I have to let known The play back is not good i try to email my file and that did not work Personally I am making a not of this company so I can stay clear of the products or services they offer People have so much complains and they are yet to present an upgrade     Need a fix

I cant believe you want to charge 399 for each export Are you fing kidding me You should sell a full version instead of trying to charge me for every individual thing I need to do Dont download unless you want to pay for every little feature I would give it 0 stars but apple wont let me     Pay for each export Dont download

I am a speech pathologist and need to record clients speech productions regularly Sometimes I transcribe the recordings and need to have segments repeated over and over to understand the clients speech This recording app is fabulous and better than any other app or tape recorder Ive used It is so easy to use I can see the speech patterns as I look for sequences I need to review and can find the segments I need to review easily Well worth the money                 Love it

this does everything need a reliably It even allows me to record when Im using another app on the phone or something in Safari Im glad and tried other products and like this the best                 love it

So as I read the description of this app I thought it sounded like the best recorder by far But after I had already recorded three weeks of lectures and and needed to prepare for an upcoming exam I realized this app is a piece of First of all it is constantly crashing or screwing up my recordings All of the cool features they advertise you have to pay for and in ridiculous amounts Even if it did work I still wouldnt be happy with this app They say they have a feature that allows you to quickly sort through long recordings This is completely false It takes me forever to get to the point of the lecture I want I think a good feature would be to simply type in the time in lecture I want to go to but do far I havent seen any apps that do that Not sure why The biggest disappointment of this app was the editing feature Which of coarse has to be paid for Having to study for an upcoming exam I didnt have time to spend five minutes to scroll through a lecture every time so I bought the editing feature hoping to break up a few lectures into smaller ones but of coarse it completely failed and actually ruined an important lecture that now doesnt work at all Biggest waste of time and money ever     RIPOFF AVOID

Im using this app to remember my songs and it does everything I want it to do                 Amazing

I record audios for Soundcloud other media sites and to email people This does a clear recording with easy export The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is it crashes every time I try to delete one of my old recordings              Works for my needs

Clunky Immediately buggy I tried to record a second track and it just kept replaying the first one Full of try and buy bait and switch features     Garbage

Ive used this recorder for some time and when an update with transcription was offered I jumped on it Should have read the fine print The transcription is fee based as opposed to Dragon but its kind of hard to determine the fee They say buy 1 10 100 but youre not sure how much your transcription will cost Plus I would appreciate if they were a bit more forthcoming and say in the name of the app optional transcription not put that info down at the bottom Still in all a good recording app           Great recorder

This is a great app for reordering lectures I love being able to use the cloud to share the recordings to all my devices                 Love it

I initially thought it was great after recording a 2 hour meeting and playing it back The emailtranscript options were by purchase Before I could purchase my phone died and cleared the recording 2 subsequent recordings deleted at the time of saving and could not be recovered Avoid Waste of time and frustration Lame and just a hook for the 12 upgrade that I would now not trust     Awful for free version beware upsale

Ive been using this app for a very long time now and even without having spent a single penny to upgrade and get the extra features It still allows me to do the main things I want a recording app to do plus a little better it hasnt crashed for me at all and works flawlessly I would really recommend this app                 Love It

I record 2 hr radio shows which I stream from the same device Much less buggycrashy than it used to be Havent tried export              Weekly user

This company should be banned They deserve a zero or warning flag as a rip off They will not even answer my first email where I said PLEASE get me a copy of my transcription of my 11July Meeting I have a meeting tomorrow I am the secretary The Bill for my first transcription was 77 I had 111 00 in my account when I asked for my copy I was told I had a balance of 44 I recorded but did not ask for a transcript of an almost 3 hour meeting just to have the notes and now they have taken 200 of my dollars and I have an 800 balance and they want more money and never delivered the only meeting I wanted transcribed They will not even return my emails I was very polite in my first email but within minutes of adding money to try to get my first transcript the want more money Apple get these people off you site they do not communicate I can only go based on the money immediately disappearing and no answer or phone call the they are a scam I have never written a bad review and have hundreds of apps How about some HELP     I WANT MY 20000

I dont love it I dont hate it It gets the job done though The plus size is that it records really well The down sides are when playing back and you want to get to a certain point in the recording you have to scroll nanosecond by nano second and it feels like forever in an hour long recording to get to the point where you want to get to The second sucky thing is the amount of storage it uses up unless you constantly export it to another app or the cloud           Gets the job done

Dont trust it I hear radio scanners and can not play back recording With having to make a purchase Its weak sauce     For narcs

I use this app for my nursing lecture classes Ive even emailed the lecture to a fellow classmatealbeitthe file was very long and it took a while to send It used MP4 format but you can use a variety of formats If you are using it for work or school its worth the moneycheaper than buying a small recorderand you dont loose it because you dont loose your phone Lol                 Very nice

This app crashes way too much it may work for a couple days but then when you need it most it crashes Its also way too expensive especially for having so many glitches I dont know how Apple could have ever approved this app this is why I have an iPhone in the first place Do not buy I repeat DO NOT BUY     WORST APP EVER DO NOT BUY

There are some features I like about this app I use it to record university classes It has many good features but the user interface could be improved It is convenient to speed up audio and quick rewinds but not very easy to do basic operations              SmartRecorder

I bought this app including the upgrade because it claimed to support the iWatch I cant figure out how to make it record with the watch It works fine on the iPhone Whatever the solution is to the problem is not obvious to me I am trying now to find out how to contact the developer In the meantime I hope they are reading their reviews        Isnt working with iWatch

Great quality recording but Apple formats export is broken and cant scroll all the way down the format list to choose MPEG Granted that may be due to me phone is set for larger text size but that and the billions of tips and psychedelic ads flashing makes for a frustrating experience        Records great But otherwise poor on iPhone 6

Smart recorder 7 is a great app however this latest update has screwed something up Suddenly the recorder is crashing after my second attempt recording So if I record something then listen to it it works then when I go to record again the app crashes Ive tried reinstalling and restarting my iPhone its definitely a bug Please fix     Something is wrong with this latest update

This app is unsuitable because of the background noise hiss The Smart Recorder previous version is much better Also know that you need to pat extra to get basic export and other features        Works but noisy on iphone 6

Does exactly what I need It records music in the background and it allows for easy transfer Ive used dozens of recording apps and I recommend this one I love the no hassle big start button Ive made 1800 recordings from December 2013September 2014 with no problem other than occasional starting glitch This is marketed towards business type but its better than most music recordersits practical and idiot proof Whatever bugs were inherent are apparently resolved Ive never had issues previous reviewers noted                 Use it for music

I use this app about twice a week and rely upon it for the work I do I record links the interviews and have never had a problem I export the recordings to my Mac easily and have the recordings there when I need them I would recommend this app to my friends and colleagues              Frequent User

I just make recordings save them and play them back It seems to have a lot of bells and whistles but I have never tried any of them Recordings are clear and thats all I need              Works for what I need

Dont think youll be getting a transcript of your recording within 48 hours of sending in the request I sent my request in a week ago and am getting tiny segments back still have over half of the material to be transcribed This is junk     Not what it purports to be

Find another app its that simple You can record but dont expect the export feature to work and dont expect to get a response from the developer for any problems you are having     Dont waste your money

I got it to try recording from my watch but when I tried it just gave me hassle and confused me I finally opened the app on the iphone and then somehow it started letting me record However after my first try I wanted to do it again and then it hasnt worked since Tried forcequitting the iphone app Even tried forcequitting the watch app Nothing Just buggy ugly software        Watch Recording Is BuggyBroke

Great app features are in depth and work well Everything is superb the app will occasionally crash However Im not made of money The app will constantly attempt to force the user to buy every single possible upgrade Expensive as hell and a strongly negative part of the app        Im not made of money

nice looking app and would have all the features in the paid version anyone could need and the voice activation works well except when adjusting the slider it is impossible to see it accurately none of this matters as it crashes every few seconds on my 5s with several gigs of memory left on my iphone deleted app booted phone redownloaded booted phone again still crashes I would never upgrade to the full version this was a quick delete poorly written software     Crash Crash Crash Etc

It was working great with iOS 84 with watchOS 1 Ill be extremely happy to rate 5 stars again when this is fixed     BOO instant freeze iOS 9 with watchOS 2
