Unless you pay for the spendy upgrades there is a giant red watermark at the top of every page I like the old Type on PDF but it s no longer supported I would gladly pay a 10 one time fee for this app with the cloud as an extra but I won t be held hostage every time I want to send docs There are too many other programs out there cheap or free         Extortion ware LuckyLarson

I use this app quite a bit I like it for a quick edit or signature but the Text spaces freeze up at times I would rate it as Very Good                 Good for a quick edit Dhimebaugh

I really had high hopes for this new version of type on PDF fail Documents I uploaded were locked so I couldnt type on them only sign there are still no folders to keep things just one long list it has a lot of little bugs and issues that are just not worth the time         high hopes ABH1988

This app has potential but it sure needs fixing I can t see a way to sent multiple forms in a single email like you could in Sign n Send a now totally unsupported and replaced by an app trying to get into your pocket regularly now looking for a more reliable developer         Clunky Costcokid

I have used typed on pdf for over two years and found it satisfying though not as intuitive The smart form is not so much different than the typed on pdf by the same developer except that we now have to subscribe to use the app I am not sure what I am paying for if I am not using the developers server to send emails It s ok to sell your app for a onetime fee not become exploitative as there is no added service that requires continuous payment And since the developer is determined to charge per use I guess my only choice is to move on I am deleting the smart form app         What a rip off Oskarxm

This is an awesome app and I ve been using it since it came out but I see room for improvements 1 Make the field editing window and the Details window bigger to view more of the script 2 Implement importing and exporting of an xml file                 Great app ShuShu1966

This company has CHANGE THE NAME OF AN APP THAT THEY ALREADY CREATED Type on PDF Pro They have done this so that they can start charging people for the app again This should not be allowed by Apple It should be an upgrade and not a new app that they charge for In other words I have already purchased the original version of this app which went by the name of Type on PDF Pro Now they want me to buy it again because they upgraded it At the lease it should be free to anyone who purchased the original version         DO NOT PURCHASE Before Reading This SUICIDE-USMC

I ve trie to use this app for a long time and always end up deleting it To many bugs For instance when trying to add a text field toward the bottom of the form it won t allow me to align the field with the print It either jumps up or down and never on the line I need I couldn t see any apparent fix so I deleted the app AGAIN for about the 10th grade time     Very flakey Gshacienda

If you want to be able to send a free version of a pdf doc it puts a huge watermark at the top center of the page such that you can t rely what s behind it The original version of this app was only replaced because they wanted to be able to charge you to do what the original did Not much use for it then     Watermark is Huge Grehornet

I ve been using type on PDFs pro for around 3 yrs as a way to write all of my business agreements I use Pages in collaboration with that and it s worked great Now I keep getting notices to go to the new and improved app So I did Smart forms They claim that it works better I have a new iPad mini 4 This app literally does not work I ve tried to reset over and over I can t open PDFs from Pages any longer Going right back to the old type on PDF app Glad I didn t delete it or I d be in real trouble Don t buy this     Doesn t work anton7

Takes some practice to get proficient No underlined text available Needs to have swipe to move between pages Sending documents is pricey             Fairly good but needs work PKpilot

Look elsewhere if you are looking for free app This app will let you type on a PDF but what it doesn t say is that you have to pay if you want to send the PDF by email or any other manner I just wasted an 45 min preparing my app to learn that couldn t send without a gaudy watermark Oh and type on PDF was considerably better     Watch for the watermark LiveYourLife2010

This app gives me no end of trouble At first I thought it was great a new and improved upgrade to Type on PDF It allows one to format text which was not possible on its predecessor However nearly every time I use it it freezes and even when I restart I am unable to continue editing the document I was working on So all my time and effort goes down the drain and I have to resort to using the Type on PDF app instead that thankfully I have not yet deleted from my iPad Come on Tipirneni Get your act together         Disappointing replacement for Type on PDF openearja

Previously I used Type on PDF then discovered it was no longer supported this app was intended to replace it I recommend others use this app assuming it was at good as Type on PDF I then received these documents from them and every page has a hideous watermark that takes up 1 4 the page Talk about embarrassing Now I have to go back and tell them that this app is NOT recommended     Watermark adragon98

This is the most aggravating app I have ever used I bought the Type on PDF Pro I worked up all my formulas for the sheets I need several times a month TipperNINNY ditched because they were getting rich enough off of it and gave us a new and improved bunch of idk what word to use It freezes up you can t do any thing in this app easily if you duplicate it takes an act of congress to move it where you need it So by now your thinking just use PDF pro that I ve already paid for well here s the problem with that now it s like it s been sabotaged all of my formulas just disappeared and not just once several times APPLE is going to have to find an app that does our forms the way PDF Pro almost did and find a better one or people are going to stop using their iPads for work     Smart anything but starrlindsey

I upgraded to this APP due to good experience with Sign N Send which this APP replaces I do a lot of real estate and legal work and Smart Forms APP has loads of problems Number one it is a subscription service so it can be very expensive In reality you can send multiple signed versions of the same document This is due to mistakes and or revisions made after the doc is sent It also involves a big learning curve It is not intuitive I have also been using PDF Expert which has a purchase fee but no additional in app costs It regularly foes on sale so if you have tine wait to see if the offer any holiday savings This APP has recently been extended to iPhone originally iPad only which negates my need for Sign N Send PDF expert is super easy to use PDF Expert also converts Word and Pages to a PDF format which cancels my other need for Smart Forms and it is a breeze to combine PDF files and edit documents already filled out and mailed Can t say enough for Readdle PDF Expert can t say anything for Smart Forms     Much better less expensive alternatives to this APP Thoughtful Worker
