I get to sleep faster than anything else but I have nightmares every time I use it Ummmm

This really helped me fall asleepa few different sounds to choose from that are all really relaxing and not distracting at all I passed out waaay before the one hour limit I set on the adjustable timer Almost too good

I couldnt sleep so I looked up soothing sounds and I tried this app so I actually thought it might be okay but its awesome Love it

Not soothing at all Bad

By Sleep Sounds LITE I didnt realize that there were only 3 sounds in it and the rest you have to buy Cheap Really LITE

They all sound like they came straight out of a horror movie I listened to ocean sounds for about 5 seconds before I screamed like a little girl and threw my phone in a full bathtub Horror movie
