Ok Ive used this for years Excellent app Recently I purchased Iphone 6 and not it causes my iPhone to crash repeatedly Please update                 Good needs iOS 8 update

This has been my favorite app for YEARS I use it nightly An update would be nice though its been about 3 and a half years It just worries me that Apple will update and this wont work Then what will do                 Any chance of an update

I have patiently waited for an IOS 7 update that will allow me to use my iPod music for the alarm I contacted the developers months ago was told an update was pending Unable to use alarm function since ios7 came out Going to delete app find replacement app for white noise alarm     No updates in over a year

I like the app but with my new iPhone 6 it drains the battery extremely fast Checking my daily usage it uses about 33 of my battery drainage just in the background mode The developer needs to upgrade this app immediately as I have had to delete it from my phone for the battery problem     Battery hog

Woke up late this morning and arrived late at an appointment because the alarm failed to go off After checking out the app thoroughly discovered that the sound no sound would work The last fix back in 2011 says this rare occurrence was fixed I would say it has not Reboot did not fix so I deleted and am downloading the app I use this app all the time and have not seen this occur until today However now that it has the app cannot be trusted to be an alarm Who knows when it will fritz I think the developers have checked out judging by the absence of enhancements Its great for white noise in hotels airplanes and with a noisy bed mate But the alarm        WARNING Sound stops when you least expect

I really love this app it helps put me to sleep every night so i dont have to sleep in an eerie quiet room or hear the noisy voices of other dorm mates at college I think if you could add more sounds like a cats purr pink noise or Theta waves itd help improve the app Hope it happens              Great app But needs more sound choices

My husband and I have used this for 45 years We love it We live in the city and its loud with street noise We use this on our BOSE speaker and it drowns out almost all noise We cant live without it                 Love it

Its the only way I can sleep and I dont know what I would do if I didnt have it                 I dont know what Id do without it

Ive been using this app for 3 years now and I love it Its honestly the best app purchase Ive ever made The thing is when I now go to try to change the music on my alarm I get this blank white screen that freezes up the app and erased my previous alarm tones Now I cant select anything for an alarm sound So now I no longer HAVE an alarm since nothing goes off Is there any way for you to fix this problem Id hate to quit using this app after so long because of a bug like that                 Love it but the issue is

Ive used this app for many years However the lack of updates has made it increasingly unstable and well removed from current UI and resolution standards I cant recommend any purchase this app until the have fixed it and brought it into the new era of devices and iOS        No updates

I bought this app and I like it it does help me sleep BUT when you click on the music symbol to select your own music it crashes needing a forced quit PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP        Own music doesnt work

I have used this app every night for months Only thing that allows me to sleep Love the timer feature I always leave it connected to power because it does kill your battery One thing I would love to see is preprogrammed presets so say I choose preset one I can do 1 set of sounds And preset two I can do another set of sounds so that way I dont have to keep changing and looking for the correct sound and sound level Kinda like a car stereo with its presets                 Amazing but needs one thing

Sounds etc work very nicely But this app will continue to drain the battery in the background even when not in use until the app is killed by doubleclicking the front button and swiping it up        Functionally great but huge battery drain in background

This is a paid app has NOT been updated since 2011 has bugs with iOS 7 is NOT comparable with iOS 8 This was a great app please fix     NEEDS AN UPDATE

I decided to try this app so that I can sleep better to more natural sounds I have trouble sleeping in complete silence Weird I know but I have ways of dealing with it thanks to this app What I like best about this app is it has virtually no bugs or crashing problems Its practically solid I had this app for a year now and I have not experienced a single crash or freeze Very impressed with that Also like the number of sounds you get when you get the pro payed version Trust me its worth the money You can also set it on a timer if you need something just to make you go to sleep so that it doesnt use to much of your battery And speaking of battery usage this app doesnt use allot of battery even if you use it all night You can let it run while your iPodiPhone is in sleep mode and you can wake up the next day with only a quarter of your battery life used if you use it all night like I do sometimes I like the alarm clock feature to You can set an alarm to any of the available sounds in the app or any song from your music library Its like a bonus app and it works better than most other alarm clock apps out there Thanks App Store update I recentily noticed my cellular data was being used by a few apps that in no way ever need data cellular or wifi I have the payed version which means no adds etc after turning cellular data off for sleep machine I sometimes get a notification saying I should turn on cellular data in settings and absolutely no features on the payed version of this app needs connection what so ever So for possibly secretly trying to drain my cellular data without my knowlage they loose a star Other than that they at least deserve 4 stars still for being one of the least problematic apps on my iPhone              Its hard to find an app this good

Sleep Machine is great It is so easy to use and I love the ability to mix different sounds together After years of leaving the TV or radio on for a little noise as I try to fall asleep this little app makes it easier and gives such variety The timer and alarm features are great and easy to use The best part of this app over other sleep apps out there is the sound quality These are very high quality recordings which make the experience that much better Great app I cant recommend it highly enough                 Best sleep aid app on the App Store

At 70 years old Ive had a Medical challenge or two of late The ability to blend the sounds in this App lets me rebirth pleasant memories of my past that lure me into sleep That Train with Crickets Chirping seems to do the trick every time Great App                 Puts this Ole Man to sleep every night

I go to school in the city and there are very loud trains that go past my window every 5 minutes continuously I would never be able to sleep without white noise 4 Only thing that helps keep my light sleeping self asleep                 Love the white noise

I love all the features of the app However it wont link to my iTunes library using the most recent iOS 7 update Really wish I could plug my music in     Still needs updated so that iTunes works in the app after the most recent iOS 7 update

This is a very good sleep app could also be used for meditation and relaxation It has many more sounds than most and you can mix them up Also I noticed that you cant tell where the sound loops which is excellent because normally when you can hear a sound loop it ruins the experience you know But with this app they sound like youre actually there I highly recommend this to anyone that has trouble sleeping or relaxing                 Excellent sleep app

I contacted this developer about the need for an update for this app December 3rd 2013 I have included their reply here Almost 18 months have passed There is still no update Give them a shout see what they tell you about this Hello Thanks for emailing We have just recently been made aware of that unfortunate issue that occurs with the iPod Music option within iOS 7 only I appreciate you contacting us about this We have been working on a major update for Sleep Machine for many months and are now very close to release The update will address this issue as well as offer many new sounds features and options Side note Sleep Machine does work on iOS 7 just the iTunes Music option for the top track and for the alarm are conflicting with iOS 7 only All of the Sleep Machine sounds work for both mixing and for the alarm There is also a temporary work around for playing iPod Music with Sleep Machine ambient sounds Create a mix of sounds you like in Sleep Machine and then tap the Home button on your device bottom center Then you can open your iPod Music app and select songs you would like to hear with the Sleep Machine sounds They both play simultaneously so as to get the same effect as if it was playing in the app You can tap on the Sleep Machine icon to go back to the app as well The Apple Clock app does allow for iPod Music selection for alarms as well for a temporary work around until our update is released Please let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for your patience and taking the time to contact us Thanks again Kevin SleepSoft     This app needs updating

Its ok but there are better ones that are updated more frequently with richer sounds The last time this one was updated was in 2011 I emailed the developer and they responded that an update was in the works and it was on the way with new sounds but that was over a year ago                 No update in years

I was on Ambien for 10 years until I was arrested one night while driving under its influence It took almost a year and trying different less potent sleep mess to finally start getting a little more relief I have bought many sleep aps Nothing even remotely worked until I discovered this I wear my head phones all night and I sleep through the night Its truly a miracle Living in the Northwest I love the rain and wind combination Thanks I owe all my happy days to you                 I never rate apps until now

Why the heck does the volume on headphones automatically default to a deafening ROAR If I already have my headphones volume at half it shouldnt start at full volume Im gonna lose an eardrum one of these days Other than that its the best app around for white noise              Love the app but

I would like to echo the complaints of others about the alarm in this app I have the app on my iPhone 5s When I tried to select a song from my phone for the alarm tune I got a blank white screen Now when I try to select any tune for the alarm even inapp sounds theres just a white screen Please fix this        Problems with alarm

I used this app to help put both of my sons to sleep I love the variety of sounds and the option to play the music you have on your iPod in the app                 Great App

Wowwhat a findwith some rubberized ear buds an I sail way to sleep every time with a mix of A spaceship Brain and thunder 2 an a taste of C wind 2 inside off to sleepy land I have to keep being a nice person cause if I ever end up in jail how will I sleep That will keep me on the straight an narrow Nice way to turn off the world try it youll like it                 Fivein my book

Finally upgraded from lite to pro To my disappointment when I try to add my music the screen turns white and freezes the app Any suggestions from the devs     Will not let me play my music

I love this app and have been using it for years Unfortunately it has not been updated since 2011 Never has been an iPad version and the current version doesnt really work with iOS 8 Cant really recommend this anymore unless you have an older phone        Does not seem to be supported anymore

Ive been a loyal and happy use it every night user of Sleep Machine both at home and while traveling for work and pleasure Ive used it on my personal iPhone 4 running iOS 613 and my work iPhone 5 running iOS 712 I recently replaced my personal iPhone 4 with an iPhone 6 running iOS 812 and now I cant use Sleep Machine The problem is this somehow Sleep Machine will NOT shut off in the background even when you force quit the app and as a result my iPhone 6s battery drains in less than 4 hours of just sitting idle on my desk The Battery Usage report shows Sleep Machine using a high percentage of the battery in the background and as soon as I deleted Sleep Machine my battery returned to normal and now lasts days and days instead of 4 hours The fact that the app hasnt been updated in a few years tells me if youre thinking about buying this app today January 2015 and are running iOS 8 do NOT do it until the developer updates it for iOS 8 Ive contacted the app developer and not heard back and will drop a note to Apple letting them know of my issues           Great app but NEEDS updating for iOS 8
