I searched for a skin and hit save skin and then went to minecraft PE and in the new update I can use a custom skin and I go to the skin that it created and then I have the skin Hope this helps It works on PE

The app does allow you to take steal skins from other players yourself ect However it doesnt appear that the skinsusernames are up to date For Example I tried to getting my own skin to test out the app I also changed my minecraft username about a week ago When I typed in my new username nothing came up However when I typed in my old username an old skin I had several months ago appeared Its hard to steal a skin if its not uptodate with new skin changes and usernames Doesnt give a current skin

Very nice app It was meant for MCPC but if you hit save skin then go on MCPE and chose that skin it works fine atleast for me For Minecraft PE 0111 Excellent
