The application was operating normal before the update I really enjoy using this application and have found no better alternatives however after the update the description line on a snag cannot be viewed with any orientation on my tablet A serious bug which makes using the application frustrating     Something went wrong MeanMachines

We use this app to do all of our punch lists on our commercial projects The contractors and owners love the reports with floor plans annotated with the color coded pins This app has changed how we did punches from the old way of collecting data on hand written notes a digital camera and then spending hours compiling at the office Now we generate the info and issue the report from the field within minutes Updates are timely and app works very well Easy to use Only wish I have is that I would like to change to a Windows 10 tablet and use this app but it is not available on that platform Really this is the only app that I use on my iPad that makes me keep it                     Great app mlubby

I purchased this app to test out on one of my many construction observation trips I really like it I can keep my plans on my iPad and this ap and it reduces the need to bring plans note pad pens camera I have showed it to all the contractors that I have worked with since I got it and they have been really excited about how fast I am able to export the report with photos and locations for each comment that I took note of There are a few items I wish I was able to customize on the reporting level It would be nice if it could be exported into word so I could edit some of the formatting and remove some of the extra spacing in lines and keep the observation information with the photos instead of getting separated on different sheets                 Time Saver Crickstr

This app comes close to meeting all my punch list needs It allows for easy markup of a plan with observations color coded by building trade and sorted by subcontractor stakeholder within an easy to generate report Also the app works on both iPad as well as iPhone which for those of us that don t lug around our iPads all the time is a real help Also most of the other apps use some sort of cloud sharing scheme causing an ongoing expense to use the service with sites you just save it to Dropbox and share load it onto any other device besides since when do you need to collaborate on a punch list create it send it to those concerned follow up I do have a few enhancement suggestions which I hope they ll consider including in a future update 1 Allow full modification of the default building trades so as to reduce clutter within the app 2 Enhance the reports with more formatting customization 3 Adopt a larger color palette to enhance the ability to differentiate between stakeholders on the marked up plan 4 Add a general notes and or meeting minutes page so any discussions can be included in the report 5 Make it easier to mark observations as complete a simple tap on the observation in list modify mode 6 Why do I get notifications an observation has reached it s completion deadline if it has already been marked complete 7 Fix the multiple page import Every time I attempt to import multiple pages they come in blank 8 When the app loads it should have the option to open to the site page you last worked on and or the sites browser rather than the big gray screen just to save a few clicks I sincerely hope they ll consider these suggestions and look forward to using this app for many projects Thanks Peter                 Fantastic just what I needed Buildrite

I have used several punch list apps but this one is rock solid I loaded my whole set of plans in it from iTunes and began work Once your contacts are installed I loaded a few more custom trade categories and away you go My thoughts this if you have to learn and app it s too much for me I m already running at full speed on the site I need a solid app that is functional and simple This app delivers a prefect report in PDF excell and csv what ever that is E ail it to your subs filtered for that sub or mail out an all encompassing report for all to review This app which is mainly used for punch list is now my observation report I have been using is to track multiple SOG moisture tests by 3rd and now 4th parties due to a dispute between our sub and our management This observation report put that dispute to bed Everyone can review the report and everyone is up to speed on this issue The best thing is that before I left the build site the reports were on the way via email I now move on to other issues PERFECT I am also thinking of incorporating this into my daily report Very very nice I have finally found a durable professional and trustworthy report app GAC                     Site Works excellence notso-oldsuper

Great app that does not need a website or subscription to work Very customizable eg can punch in CSI trade numbers and names The photo taking with mark up option is very easy allowing a minimum of tapping when in the field in the blazing sun The photos are also saved to the camera roll which some other apps do not do Wish list for next upgrade 1 the contacts who are present at each field observation can be in putted on the cover sheet independently from the contacts who are the stakeholders responsible for actions who appear automatically 2 also on cover a way to record weather conditions at the time of the visit                 Very adaptable Digital LA

This app is very useful It is fast and it sends out some great reports We are using it to communicate with subcontractors on incomplete work designers with questions and needed direction and for any and all punch list items I had a small problem with importing a book of drawings but their tech support was very responsive and they are trying to fix it I would also like to see some more options in the excel report and the ability to share updated files with colleagues so two or more people could work on the same file without sending it back and forth Great app and worth every cent                 Very efficient Construction Superintendent

Wish the app would number observations by stages and not by drawings If you have multiple drawings per stage it starts with 1 for each drawing leaving multiple observations with the same number in each Stage Otherwise useful app for the price             Observations constuct
