Couldnt sign up at there mall and now i cant even sign up on there mobile app        Cant sign up

I love shopping at Simon malls so this is really good to have and a good idea to give rewards for shopping at their malls This app is fast Ive experienced no lag and no freezes I give it 3 out of 5 stars till I use it a bit more           Useful fast and fun

This app is very flawed The UI is ugly and laggy and it is unclear about your status If you spend points do you lose status How many points does it take to get to each status Is it based on check ins or money spent only Of course now Im running into another issue Despite having logged in with Facebook on my past phone this app does not retain any information on your Facebook should you log on on a different phone The only reason they connect to Facebook is so you can spam your friends with I entered points in this And I checked in here And thinks of the like If you try to log in with a Facebook account on a different phone it automatically assumes youre creating a new account To log in you have to provide a pin which if you only used it on one other phone youre likely to forget as I have Did you sign up with Facebook and your Facebook email is an address that is no longer active Well youre out of luck You cant reset your pin and you cant reregister because your phone number is already in use Very poorly designed Please please update to a better version     Needs a lot of work

The app is slow working It also does not allow me to spin for my points on a daily basis I have to wait every 48 hours        5050

I think its the app from other reviews but I can no longer check in or spin for points at all It says I have to have my location services turned on and I went to check it I tapped always and went back to the app and it did the same thing Changed it back to always because it wasnt selected anymore and tried once more it still said I need the location services turned on So it is either the iPhone or the app Im going to guess the app because there have been no updates to my phone recently        no location

I live in Indianapolis Theres a Simon mall so close to its works headquarters in Indianapolis that you can see it from inside the mall This app isnt even supported here Whats the sense in that Waste of time     Doesnt Work Even Next Door To World HQ

Will not open Just opening blank screen Would delete and start over but will lose all points     Not working

Worth downloading if you visit a Simon mall a lot but this app has lots of glitches such as when the screen You have entered 5 points into the drawing Comes up the screen lasts like half a second you cant see how many points youve entered Its also slow in general It also will not let me connect to Facebook to get 5 extra points even though Ive changed my iPhone settings so Facebook can be accessed by this app However I do love that when you enter to win a prize they show you your chances of winning such as 140 Thats probably my favorite part of this app I dont understand why you need to have location services on to spin the wheel I do love the spin the wheel game though makes it more fun I also like that you get 25 points for checking into a mall Maybe because I have an iPhone 4 and not one of the latest phones Not sure Still a good app for a new one Still needs work though           Lots of glitches but good for a new app

Never won anything Instant wins are either nothing or rewards you already have as a member I do not recommend this app at all its just used as a marketing tool to get people into the Simon shopping centers     Garbage

I used to enjoy this app to build up points for interesting prized by spinning the wheel Not because of this update I cant do that and this app now has no use for me at all because it says I dont have my location service on when I clearly do Looks like Ive got an app to delete tonight or tomorrow unless its repairs asap        Was good now not so much

I used to love the app and even won a 25 gift card Now it says my location services wont work even though it is clearly on           Used to be great

With the new update we are not able to see our saved vouchers There used to be a section where we can view the vouchers to redeem and now its gone Whats the point of instant prizes when you cant redeem them Please fix     Update Lost ability to view vouchers

I go to Woodfield Mall on a regular basis Unfortunately I can never connect to check in The app always says Ooops we encountered an error Since I cant Check in I cant check for daily prizes load receipts or get points for anything Complete waste of time Very disappointing     Never connects to check in
