I use the app mainly to allow me to 4 digit dial for my company I focus on the dial out via cellular voice feature That works well App doesnt have a great user experience Seems clunky in places Happy to participate in a UX study        Gets the job done But buggy

Sorry to say but its true The only app I need to keep running I order for it to alert me or accept a call Drops calls all the time If your screen locks the call goes on hold Keep a charger handy Not user friendly at all     Magic jack app works better than this

Having issues with this app causing audio delay on other apps such as texting           Audio issues

The latest version of this app shuts down when searching for contacts in exchange address book Works with local address book but not with the exchange address book           Telecom analyst

App is still broken Why has it taken so many months for an update and it is still broken Why does the app continue to ring for 30 after answering a call     Constant ringing

After putting in initial Config the system provisioned closed the app and it wont open anymore     Crashes

My company just installed a 500k Shortel system We were told about the Mobility features and were very excited In the sales demo we tried the desk phones which work great however in retrospect I now understand why a demo of Mobility was conspicuously absent In theory it should work great but in practice it is simply NOT RELIABLE If you try to route all of your business calls through this app GOOD LUCK On top of this the UI is not intuitive efficient or easy to navigate It is painful using this app please fix and I will update this review     Clunky and unreliable

Good app Great for being able to access work phone while being out Lots of initial setup work This is a personal phone but use it for work too While setting this app up I mistakenly imported my personal contacts from my phone I didnt want my personal contacts on the app since I use the app for work so I started deleting the contacts from the app Well I come to find out deleting contacts from the app deletes the contacts from you phone as well I didnt realize this until the next day and my phone had already synced to the cloud so I lost a lot of contacts This NEEDS to be fixed        Good app One MAJOR flaw

Ive noticed any contact with only a company name or only a phone number or only an email address will show up in the app but with the primary sorting being by the phone number itself Good news is they do show up and are searchable        Contacts with only Company name dont appear

The theory is great The execution is extremely poor This app looks as though it has not been updated since iPhone 3 Something you may be able to look past for a solid product Unfortunately it does not deliver Not suitable or reliable for professional use If you are wanting a mobile solution then consider another phone system     Company needs to get their act together

Since the upgrade no one can here me I called my house so I could listen to what was happening and it keeps cutting out like gain turned way down Also if app running in background there is sometimes interference with music playingusually degrades the quality of the music Noticed this on podcasts and when using Nike app Also noticed rapid battery drain     Mic cuts out and interferes with other music apps now

The app works most of the time but is not suitable for a business environment It has corrupted the contacts in many of our 30 phones where it is installed We experience substantially more busy signals dropped calls and broken conversations than with normal mobile telephone calls Service and support is terrible Sorry this app is not simple or brilliant        Not Appropriate for Professional Use

Im on iOS 7 on a 5S and you have a bug that needs to be squashed because its been in the app for awhile If someone calls me in the app on a VOIP call the ringing keeps going It does not stop This means I have to turn off sounds which defeats the purpose if the app Please fix this bug Qa should of caught it by now           Ringing bug still present

Love this thing Saving money no more giving out my cell number to everyone but can still be reached on my mobile And it has the PBX features Our conference call bill has even gone down Im a techy geek so I like this because its cool but it really helps me work better anywhere And today I installed in on my iPad Too cool Switches between cellular and wifi flawlessly                 What an app

New 9x version is very buggy NOTE All defects listed are still in latest version running on iOS 9 Newest connectivity bug happens if you have an iPhone 6 on Verizon and have set the LTE connectivity on the handset to do both voice and data With this setting when youre on the phone via the iPhone phone app for a long time the Mobility app loses SIP connectivity in the background Since data connectivity is still available to the phone via WIFI andor via LTE the SIP tunnel should NEVER drop Theres no reason for it to drop while on a native phone app call Fix this issue as its been going on forever This SIP tunnel disconnect also happens if you move from WIFI to LTE with cell calls made while being on LTE and then moving back to WIFI Also if you get lucky enough for the SIP tunnel for VoIP to stay live as you flip from WIFI to LTE to WIFI over an extended period of time the Presence Login capability is completely lost until you restart the app New defect in current version which causes Mobility app to keep throwing up an app notification which states Continue conversation with anonymous whenever the app is in the background and youre on a native Phone app cellular call This type of notification is NOT needed because you already have the red blinking ShoreTel call toolbar at the top of the screen which everyone already knows means that a call is in the background just like the native phone app has Why would you feel the need to add another layer to just complicate things and display a completely meaningless notification With app running in background normal notification sounds on the iPhone from other apps sometimes are distorted probably because the Mobility app is trying to keep speaker control on too tight This also causes a hissing out of the speaker to sometimes happen when the app is running App needs to be updated for iPhone 66 resolutions Cannot take or make calls via AppleWatch When you answer a call via the watch app the audio doesnt go through the watch Whats the point of answering calls via the watch GUI if audio only goes through the phone That makes zero sense Fix this for WatchOS2 In 142 DM all Mobility SIP clients shows Firmware Mismatch They all also show a RoamAnywhere Client branding for the Version number RoamAnywhere shouldnt even be in the product anymore for any kind of branding IM typing screen had bad spacing extra line spacing at the end of long IMs and it add more and more lines to it the longer the message is Also the cursor prompt in the IM type field is also badly centered and not spaced properlycut off No Visual VM unless youre on WIFI Whats that about Who thought that was a good idea VVM doesnt work on Mobility if PBX is on ShoreTel Connect BETA When you pick VM it dials out to the PBX VM extension instead of showing you the playback GUI as in previous versions This may be an issue when PBX is on ShoreTel 15 and MR is on 9x version The louder you make the volume to hear calls in the app the louder the DTMF tones sound when you dial When a 911 call is made from the native iPhone phone app and Mobility is in the background it loses all network connectivity SIP tunnel everything goes dead You have to restart app to get it to reestablish the connection to the Mobility Router Worse behavior is when youre on a data VoIP call on the Mobility app and a normal cell call comes in Itll interrupt the VoIP call and cut over to the phone app I dont mind that to an extent but youd think youd find a way to do the same thing in retro By this I mean if Im on a cell call dont pipe the next Mobility call through cellular too just have the app notify that a Mobility call in incoming and if I choose to answer it simply out the native phone app call On Hold     Several Bugs

Glad to see Im not the only one experiencing issues after upgrading to 71 Having the same exact experience as the previous review Once in a call the Shortel app even offered to send the audio through my Apple TV Strangely enough my iPad also on 71 isnt having this issue with Shortel Please fix     iOS 71 Yields Audio Bugs

I use this app every day Its great being able to see presence of my coworkers so I know if they can join a call or receive a transfer from my Mobility Client Changing my Call Handling Modes Visual Voicemail Company Directory and Missed Calls are also tools which were previously only available to my desk phone The best part is I dont to request assistance from the Help Desk to use this Appit just works Great job ShoreTel                 Finally I can take my desk phone features with me on the road

I save over 100 on every international trip and place calls with my office caller ID from my iPhone Love it                 I love my companys product

This app is promising for my role working from home and the road but after using it for just a few days I can say that it has a SIGNIFICANT impact on battery life Im afraid that means it is also hogging my cellular data plan when not near wifi Ill come back to update this review once I have a bit more experience with it but beware           Battery HOG

Since the last update was pushed my battery drops like a rock In the last 24 hours it used 75 of the battery and that was with 2 full recharges of the phone     Last update draining battery fast

Great voice quality need dialing rules eg Remove local country prefix dial 9 for outside line or replace with IDD dialing code Otherwise perfect              Good app
