I cannot sign in to my account with the app I can sign in using a mobile browser but when I try to sign in on the app it says invalid usernamepassword though I know the username password are correct because I can sign in using a mobile browser     Sign In Problems

App works as advertised Checkout is fast and straightforward Hopefully checkout will come to the desktop site soon                 Works like site but with checkout

Fantastic app and great service This has so many retailers and products under free 2 day express shipping that one can just forget about Amazon prime The prices offered by participating retailers is almost always lower than Amazon and I have completely stopped using Amazon since I got shoprunner Five stars for it                 The Amazon Killer

So heres what its like for a firsttime user who wants to check out ShopRunner after receiving a promotion from American Express Download app and on first run find out that they havent bothered to update it for the iPhone screen sizes that are over a year old and the app looks horrible Create an account and they email you your password which is insecure Try to use the password they emailed and have the website and app tell you that the password is incorrect despite the fact that you cut and paste it directly from the email being very careful not to include extraneous spaces or other characters Use the Forgot password link to get an email to reset password despite the fact that you did not forget the password Receive the password reset email and click link to go to the reset password screen Find that because of horrible scripting on the page you cannot paste a secure password into the password fields This has to be one of the worst newcustomer experiences Ive had in a long time Not sure why I should bother trying to continue checking out ShopRunner if this is how incompetent their first impression is     Lousy first impression Why should I bother with this

Its very slow to update my details to make a purchase each click is taking hell lot of time to act One more fault I observed is I am not able to find a TShirt from the App whereas I can see it on your website when I logged in through PC Whats going on You cant run a famous websites app this way fix it immediately     Utter Dutter Slow

I enjoy shopping here I especially enjoy the different options from different stores                 Nice Site

I tried to place an order but my credit card expiration date had expired and I had a new card While checking out it presented my old expiration date The window allowed me to change the date but wouldnt save it and it never gave me any error message telling me I would have to delete the old card and start over The site is so Mickeymouse Im afraid of hacks After three tries I gave up        Horrible website

Was shopping on Fanaticscom had 4 items all had SR attached to them but would not let me finish checkout few calls to Store SR found out I had relook for selected items from app and NO useful sort icon Then found out only 2 items were avlb through SR Store says thats common not all things are avlb even if they are not sale or clearance items 2 Hours latersaved 10 on shipping not worth it        Only OK

Very disappointed I spent 30 min browsing the store and chose 2 times Proceeded to check out to be stuck at entering my billing information The credit card expiration widget did not work the month and year did not align and I couldnt make a selection Basically I was stuck on the payment screen Closed the app thinking it may just need to reset when I reopened it my cart was empty Well I am going to spend another 30 min finding my items In addition Please work on your user experience when filling in fields like address or phone numbers the keypad stays open without an obvious way to move onto filling the next field     Cant complete purchase whats the point

For the most part I love this app and site My membership is free because I have an Amex so thats awesome and then I get 2day shipping free on anything I order through it which is also awesome But my complaints are that Ive ordered through the app before and my order didnt get the 2 day shipping etoys store so I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my item Also Ive returned stuff wireless emporium using the shoprunner free prepaid shipping label and after over a month of not seeing a refund not getting any response from shoprunner and not being able to get through to the store I finally had to sit on hold for an hour at the corporate offices of wireless emporium Then they wouldnt help me without the tracking info which was no longer on shoprunner of course so I thankfully was able to reprint the label from my printer memory and then magically the store saw that I actually did return my item A really annoying and frustrating situation and even more so that Shoprunner ignored my multiple emails requesting assistance Guess you get what you pay for I still use the site and app frequently however           Mostly good things to say

Unfortunately I have to say that this app could have worked perfectly if its developers would have taken care of all the bugs prior to launching it and its a shame do to that theyre backed by AMEX Too much trouble trying to input your personal information and constantly crashes every time you try to do so     Crashes and freezes

My free 2 day shipping arrived 4 days later On another site my order qualified for free beauty samples but they wanted to charge me for shipping the samples so I cancelled the whole order This site makes no sense     Not the best service

On my second order with this app I received unexpected discounts when checking out for my items The first order arrived in 2 days as predicted and hoping this one does too              So good so far

It wouldnt accept my username and password I signed into the website from my phone It wanted me to download the app even though it was already on my phone Went back to the app and it now crashes     Keeps crashing

The app does what I want and need it to do I definitely would recommend it                 Great app

First order placed through app was cancelled for no reason It never even reached the vendor Shoprunner app claimed invalid shipping info even though I verified it was correct They took no responsibility for either canceling the order or not notifying me that is was in fact cancelled App will be deleted and I will use shoprunner services directly through retailer sites from now on     Good site Bad app
