In just updated and nothing is workingI am prompted to log in everytime I favorite something and then Im kicked out of the search on top of it so totally unable to shop tonight     Latest update is not working

And if your experience has been like mine lately youll want to shop at revolve pret a porter soleil blue Luisaviaroma nasty gal etc Shopbop used to be my go to etailer I used to LOVE Shopbop I still want to butThe app doesnt allow you to access your account via Amazon or previous orders It crashes This app doesnt work properly on an iPad Its pretty much reflective of how disappointing my last couple Shopbop orders have been packaged and arrived They used to pay attention to details but this app is like going to Vegas Sloppy inconsistent possibly fun but mostly empty and disappointing     Almost as bad as the Shopbop browser experience

I love this app But for the past six months have stopped using it because you cant heart things anymore Once u click the heart it unhighlights And u cant see what youve favorited like what youve hearted Contacted support no fix All other apps have heart vs like vs bag vs wish list Please fix this              Previous versions better

There are some very basic shopping requirements that this app lacks Once youve added items to the cart you cant remove them The navigation is better than on the website but getting to personal account information is impossible Better to release an app with all the required items than to release a halfbaked one        Cant remove items from cart

why its notworking the app on my ipad        something is wrong

I mean really why have an app if youre not able to check the status of your existing orders ridiculous     no way to check order status

This app is easy to use and browsing the assortment is enjoyable Having the daily lookbook at the top of the opening screen with finger swipe browse is a great feature                 Easy to use

Ive waited sooo long for this Shopbop is one of my fave sites bc of collections and fast shipping But when I realized revolve had an app I started shopping with them more but this is great to finally have one for shopbop However I think things could be better Like why do you have the lookbook images that dont let you click on the product images I have to go to the link and them scroll to find the product Also I couldnt click on products in my hearts At the end of the day Im a power shopper and just wish you guys all had Wanelo buttons to make it easier for me to save the things I want to buy bc I use Wanelo as my hub Its also a better way for me to see all the new products from shopbop and other stores           Finally But its just ok
