I used the app to make a purchase It did not apply my loaded coupon for reward points and did not apply my surprise points Now I have to go through the pain of sitting on the phone with customer service to amend my order Extremely dissatisfied WARNING DO NOT USE APP

This app single ha deadly killed my battery life Even when I disabled background refresh on it it would still use my battery When I had it installed my battery standby and usage times were the exact same every day Immediately after uninstalling I started seeing a difference between the two and now my phone can last longer Battery drain

Search results shows exact keyword matched items somewhere far down the list and irrelevant items show up on the top No proper messaging if add to cart feature doesnt work at times Under coupons it would say two eligible coupons but wouldnt let me apply even one No message of any kind at all You should make your developers and testers more accountable for the work they are doing Like one reviewer suggestedwe want to be loyal to Sears but its becoming hard to do so Test the application rigorously before launching Test on slow internet connection I believe Sears still has a chance of survival if someone starts caring for the company its products The latest update has made things worse

This app is a good concept but needs lots of work The only good thing about it is that I can see my available points It does not show surprise points and does not allow me to click on Detail for my points so that I know what purchases have posted and which havent Also when I click on most of the answer questions about surprise points to see if I am missing something it loads to a blank page yeahreally helpful It also does not allow me to upload coupons to use in store SearsKmart needs to look at and then emulate Kohls loyalty app it is MUCH better and much more user friendly Needs lots of work

You can tell that this app has a webbased side to it that convolutes the whole organization of the app Make it easy to clear home screen notifications make it easy to track open orders make it easy to load coupons Everything else should be secondary Counterintuitive messy design
this is an app for buying stuff at Sears or Kmart I looked at a few products but I could find better prices elsewhere online I dont think I will use this app there are some coupons but it was confusing Prices too high

I really only use this to track points and load coupons For those purposes it is good My biggest problem is that it always tells me I have notifications and then you go to messages and it says no messages With the recent update it still gives you notifications but there is now no page for messages so you cant even reset the notifications They are forever on your screen Annoying Meh
I used to be able to log in until the last update It keeps telling me something went wrong and I cannot access my account thru the app now Computer access is fine so its the app Cannot log in anymore

Theres a lot going on in this app and no explanation of how to use it It insists I have no points and attempting to connect my acct that has the points doesnt work A message appears at the bottom telling me what the issue is however not all of the text is visible and it disappears very quickly so I have no idea how to make this work in my favor Tldr app doesnt work Doesnt seem to work
