The game started out very well and I was enjoying it By the 3rd coat of arms it started getting buggy and I would need to close the game and open it back up to get it to recognize a completed puzzle I finally got to a puzzle the game would not recognize as complete no matter what I did effectively preventing me from continuing It was a waste of money for me     Full of Bugs Could not Finish

This game is not quite as complex as some Big Fish hidden object games but all in all its a pretty good game The length is average to good I appreciated the ability to select difficulty levels Playing under maximum difficulty presented challenging puzzles Volume controls were nice Voice actors did an excellent job              Four Stars

Like the other reviews say the game is a bit jittery Having to select things several times before selecting it It is now stuck on the screen where I have to select all the paint tubes I get the last one and the game doesnt do anything I leave the screen and go back and select the same tube over again I cant move on until this gets fixed        Fun and interesting but

Wasnt sure whether to rate 3 or 4 The game took me several nights I dont like ones that are over in only two The art was very good The HOs good Many times the locations to start the HOs were very hard to find and I only did so by random poking around This game is a mix of HOs and puzzles The puzzles varied A LOT some were quite easy two were impossible two very hard and the rest in between But you can skip them which I think is good option to have I did feel a sense of accomplishment when I cracked a medium or hard puzzle I like that this game has a map that shows where you still have work to do and it can take you immediately there so theres not a lot of running around I didnt like that you could easily press click the wrong spot and be thrown out of the room when you dont want to be this happened too many times Hints are available if you need them But sometimes they would show up without my asking Maybe this is just a setting that I missed Some of the aspects of play were repetitive such as finding the parts of each portrait I liked the magic powers aspect that gave it something different from other games The story was kind of cheesy and sometimes hard to follow Overall I think a 35 rating is appropriate but thats not possible so I gave it a 4 Its not the best but it is worth the sale 5 price I wouldnt pay the full 7 price              Very good

I cannot fault this game anywhere It was just great start to finish through bonus terrific And they leave you with tons of minigames and hidden object scenes to play over and over if you want Paid version has a good map great strategy guide But heres the thing they show you where to go next if youve selected the casual play You dont have to hit the directional hint or go to the map or even check the strategy guide it just glows where youve got to go next I guess they figured that weve got the information anyway so they might as well just show us Operation is as smooth as silk This is the single most convenient game Ive played and yes Ive played a few Morphing objects and multiplayer would have made this a perfect game But its darn close as it is And I think theres only one little mouse no rats that I recall Too graphic for young ones though To reiterate this is one of THE BEST games Ive played so Enjoy              I Liked Everything About It

I was enjoying this game pretty much and then bought the paid version but after a while all there was was a black page with nothing on it i closed the app and reopen it and nothing i coul only see the hint button and the menu the rest was blank Very bad app and for the orice Give me a break Not wprth buying it     DONT BUY

I play a lot of Big Fish HOMysterypuzzle games and this is a good one I found the puzzles very challenging storyline good music not annoying I played on the most difficult setting and the minimum hints are just right for good long gameplay Even though two years old worth playing and paying                 Lengthy gameplay difficult puzzles

I resent Big Fish making us give a five star review to get the sequel which I would have given anyway This is a really good game with both HO and puzzle games The story is interesting and the graphic quality is good The tutorial and hints are helpful and the mini games can be skipped after a short wait but without showing the solution I especially like the zoom functioning in the HO games                 Good game

Ive played this game quite a number of times but I still cant get enough of it Im desperately hoping that theyll make more Sherlock Holmes games that involve his adventures make like this one I know it brings out the detective side in me also this game helped me get a bonus question on a exam right I was the only one who got it right got a perfect score on the exam to boot So yeah Im hoping for more Sherlock Holmes adventure games like this one                 Howling For More

Expensive but fun game Awesome graphics and many different types of activities not just hidden object                 Great game

Brought over from PC format they forgot to change all the instructions It the extras it says to use the mouse It misnames items too like the hour glass called a sand something or other and a horn called a pipe Without the use of the map it would be a maze beyond comprehension Some of the puzzles are okay Some are boring and in the extra unless you have a genius IQ or a pencil and paper youll never put the runes puzzle together You need to figure out the values of the runes as you get them to add up to 15 I was bored didnt have paper and pencil so I skipped it In fact I skipped several puzzles simply because I was bored with them The powers are pretty dumb too And if you leave the game for a while youll forget what theyre for There were MANY instances where you couldnt pick up an item to use it And there were HO items that even after tapping them wouldnt be chosen And when trying to put items together like broken arrow parts if you didnt place it exactly in one spot it wouldnt take It took me about 10 tries to put that arrow together Disappointing game Could be good but missed the mark           Confused design

I was enjoying this game a lot until about halfway through when it started getting very buggy then crashing completely First the HO scenes and puzzle games would not close upon completion and the Help and Hint buttons were also unresponsive I had to exit and reenter the game in order to move forward Then upon completing the Chess puzzle the screen went black and the game completely froze Restarting the game would not fix it I have deleted the game and redownloaded it hoping this will fix the problem But now I have to start the game over agin What a pain     Great Game if not for BUGS CRASHES

Great graphics Good game but I purchased the full version and the game still doesnt fully work When you collect the candles at the beginning of the game they do not go into your inventory The game just freezes and you can go no further So basically I paid 7 for 20 minutes of a game What a rip off until its fixed              Good
