SF Symphony

I have been a longtime subscriber to the SF Symphony I also work in the tech software industry Come on SF Symphonyyour particular clientele deserve a better app Did you AT ALL think about your customer I think not App is simply a regurgitation of your websiteand does not meet the needs of your customer this customer anyway For example after I log innothing No welcome Herbno acknowledgement that I subscribe and have a concert tonightno way to listen to a sampleno way to easily sellgive my ticketsno way to save to my calendar Maybe MTT is getting paid too much Again this subscriber thinks so INHO MTTs salary should be 1yr Be an example and a leader Spread the balance among musicians and staff All of your intrinsic value has been created BY the SFS MTT is certainly not earning his salary overseeing app development and customer focus Otherwise great performances     Sorry guys Fail

I like the redesign of this app but its missing a feature that I found useful convenient in the previous version My subscription season I liked having info about my upcoming concerts at my fingertips           Good New App

The old SF Symphony had a subscribers season easily available including any exchanges or extra concerts purchased Where has that gone This app is little more than a digitized brochure and an ability to order intermissiontime food        Disappointing No Personal Schedule

Navigation is impossible search is so limited as to be unusable Did anyone at SFS try it before releasing Thk gawd I have an older version on my phone I can delete this sorry excuse for an app from my iPad load the older somewhat useable one I say somewhat because you can actually browse the season find concerts you want to go to but you cant buy tickets unless you like waiting for them at will call To buy tix have them mailed I always have to go to my computer do it through their website Sad because Id love to do it on iPad     Sorry yr app is crap

The V 14001 is missing the my coming event session under my account which previous version has It is very useful to have for iphone or ipad apps Please add it back if possible Thanks Walter           Missing my coming events

The previous versions were better at allowing calendar search an see our current events This is a big problem        Needs simple improvements it use to have

The most useful feature of the old app for me was to see my upcoming concerts The new app doesnt even include this very basic functionality Please fix this     Old version was better

This is a useless app Whoever developed it didnt care if it works It doesnt work I cant get past the photo of the musicians SF Symphony should be embarrassed and start over or better yet go back to the old app that worked     Worst Appthere is a star to give had to give one to get this posted
