I have been a full time mediator for twenty years and was an Adjunct Professor of Law School at The University of San Francisco and UC Davis teaching Mediation and Negotiation I was selected to provide mediation training for the California Judicial Council The California Judges Association and The California State Bar One of the critical points in mediation comes toward the end when the plaintiffclaimant must make some difficult choices regarding settlement A key consideration is what amount she will net put in her pocket as compared with a hoped for result at trial later date At this complex juncture it is essential for the mediator to focus on and give full attention to the plaintiff and her concerns The problem for me in the past has always been diverting my attention to calculate that net recovery Now with Settlement Aptitude I get instant and accurate calculations to assist in that decision making process I downloaded the app and was able to use it seamlessly within minutes It was obviously created by a team with significant negotiation and mediation experience as well as app design This app would be very useful for attorneys claims professionals as well as mediators I have only one complaint why didnt they make this available 15 years ago                 Fantastic NegotiationMediation App
