This is really a five star app except for the ads that keep popping up Even though they are easy to ignore it breaks the flow of the play I play Set Puzzle a great deal to see how fast I can can find the 4 sets in the basic deck It absorbs my mind and is just plain fun I play it on the iPad and iPhone Here are some improvements I d like to see make the iPad start screen the same as the iPhone keep track of all my scores and let me see how I m doing in a variety of ways for example how many games were under 1 5 seconds 2 seconds etc Graph my performance over the session relaunch Graph my performance for the week etc I sure you can come up with some great ways to show performance I think if you did this the game would be even more fun to play against myself and by being able to email the performance stats friends could share their performance with each other Keep up the good work                 Great pastime HaroldFF

I m going to put this simply the game itself is great but this app is not I tried to buy the in app purchases and they would not download in the app I shouldn t get a refund because it does not work and I will not be using this app anymore     Love the game itself but the app is faulty Somebody021101

I love Set and I enjoy playing it The originally purchased version works well except that the quit and hint touch responses can be VERY slow and can be quite addictive But I purchased both the Arcade and Marathon Discovery versions from within the app and receive a product restore failure notification when I try to add them They are not useable Judging by the version history and other reviews this has been an issue for quite some time so either no one is reading these no one is working on it or it is taking far too long to fix the problem It s disappointing because I d like to experience more with this game             Great game but in app purchases don t work riadub

I find this to be a fine simple and challenging puzzle game I d give it 5 stars on the merits of the game itself However when one pays for an app and is interrupted regularly by the a developer who is hawking other games a good experience quickly devolves Be prepared to pay for annoying advertising that intrudes upon your relaxation time         Violates The Good Will of The Purchaser johneddy

First for people who are familiar with the physical version this is very close I enjoy being able to play a quick solo game of SET whenever I want to If you like the physical game get this But there is one really really annoying misfeature in the game apparently in an attempt to get you to play more the game basically insults you at the end of every game I just finished what I thought was quite a good game and it said Don t be discouraged keep trying In other words what I thought was pretty good actually sucked and I should feel bad I really just want to enjoy the game without it telling me after every single game that I m not good enough to meet whatever standard it has If I could just shut that freaking insult thing up I d have given it five stars Also the statistics report has only your average time per move not even things as basic as the number of games played If I d gotten it for or even caring about the statistics I d be very disappointed But I didn t I got it to play SET and it does that very well except for the you didn t do well enough insult every game                 Very close but not quite there UnrepentantHarlequin

Set is a great game that really stretches your brain It s a great way to pass the time at the doctor s office or on the train This app while not sleek or modern in design has the look and feel of playing with an actual deck of Set cards I like that there are a few options for ways to play Arcade and Marathon are my current favorites I also like the feature that guarantees a Set                     My Brain is a Machine Lauuurennn

Set is a great game and I m really happy that this app exists Gameplay is generally smooth and it brings home the joy of solitaire set Here are some things they could improve Support for two players playing on the same device Perhaps by including a set button Support for two or more players over the Internet or Wi Fi Improved stats Four example how many sets of three the same category to the same one the same or all different This could thengo into a skill or difficulty rating A training module for extra difficult sets or easy set swear you need to find them quickly Show how many cards or left the deck Possibly include a Set button even for solitaire That way you would lose a point if you hit the button but don t have a set Even for solitaire scores show how many sets were found as well as total points not just average time per set                 If you like Set get this app Quixotism22

I don t usually review apps but for those who care this is the best way to train up your Set speed since the main metric is your average speed per set across each game With speed as your goal you ll find yourself able to see Sets faster and faster I think I ve personally halved my avg time to find each set over my playing this app over the past few weeks                     best digital Set experience Ashleybmeyer

I love this game But after you finish a round it leaves you with either congratulations or words of encouragement I often play the game to relax or to take my mind off of something stressful I m not always the fastest I hate seeing things like passable don t give up or you deserve a hug they re pointless and usually tick me off                 You deserve a hug TeddyGraham

I love this game and have waited forever to see it in app form While the essential game play is functional the experience of this app is seriously lacking It s yearning for a gorgeous minimal design in the spirit of the iOS or the Lumosity games but instead there are colored photographic backgrounds cartoon characters drop shadows and distracting boxes everywhere It has such potential for thoughtful gestures beautiful movements and a clean impactful interface Please please cut the unnecessary clutter and concentrate on better game play and presentation         Disappointing stegor

I must have missed something here because this is in my opinion the worst app I ve ever paid for I LOVE Set and was excited to see this app but it is so disappointing Once you start a game and need to leave because you have a life it s a crap shoot on how many times you have to touch the pause button before it finally reacts Then even after pausing there s only a 50 50 chance that when you go back in it will be saved The scoring at the end doesn t make sense sometimes it ll tell me great job other times it ll tell me that I can do better on identical scores There are no options at all other than basic or advanced deck No sound effects or anything to make it more interesting There should be a shuffle option too But even beyond those options what is there is just weak There s also no multi player option like the real life game Overall other than the fact that it s Set and I love Set I m not impressed at all         Did I miss something Me_396052146
