Serviz is one of the least professional companies I ve ever worked with they have zero follow through and they have taken 500 of mine which I have not yet received back First off I was charged more than 1 000 for a service that should have cost roughly 500 It took 4 phone calls to even get in touch with someone on Serviz s customer service team who could help at which time they admitted that I was overcharged by 500 I was told by an employee that I would be reimbursed the 500 within 7 10 days and that she would follow up with me to confirm the final details Since then I called back nearly 8 times requesting an update on the refund to which I was told that there has been zero movement and that I would have to continue waiting It has been nearly a month since I was overcharged and I have yet to receive the 500 back or any sort of professional communication from their team confirming that I will receive my money back I ve tried to give their team the benefit of the doubt I also work in a customer service oriented company that s of similar size and I wanted to encourage them to follow through on their word but their lack of follow through and terrible customer service has led me to write this review I also emailed the head of their customer support team directly and cc d their entire support team two days ago requesting an immediate response to which I did not receive any email back I STILL have not received my 500 back and will be hiring legal support and submitting a request to the Better Business Bureau should I not hear from them by Monday I m so disappointed because the company seems like an excellent solution sort of like an Uber for in home services but they failed across the board Be warned do not book with this company Go with Sears or a larger corporations with best practices and a more ethical business operation     Beware Terrible Customer Service Stole 500 JamesT123!!

DO NOT USE SERVIZ It is a scam They set you up for an appointment and then they cancel it after the appointment has already started I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment for Saturday from 11 1 At 11 30 I was informed nobody could come so we rescheduled it for 2 4 At 4pm I called in because I hadn t received a call Again no techs available even though I scheduled my appointment 3 days prior Of course no carpet cleaning companies do same day service so I m now out 300 to pay my landlord to clean my carpets and they wouldn t even attempt to get me a discount on another cleaning Do not use     Do not use Serviz mwebb385

I used Serviz many times in the past and it was great but recently something has changed Every time I try and book different services i get a call from the dispatcher saying the appointment need to be rescheduled Then ultimately the appointment is canceled on their end I am sad to have to give them a bad review but they are not doing a good job anymore     What happened to Serviz Papadangus

Have used SERVIZ multiple times for different services and I absolutely love how easy it to use I m a fan of digital technology making life easier and so immediately fell in love with the idea of booking home services through an app on my phone All I do is type in my zip code and select the service I need and an arrival time is created for me usually for that same day But my favorite part is that everything is done digitally so no paper is wasted or lost and I can easily save everything on my phone I ve been recommending the SERVIZ app to all my friends and family and will continue to do so as I think it s revolutionary                     Revolutionary Jdwinstea

The truly the worst service I have ever used At first it seemed like such a great idea then their appointment management and notification service is absolutely unacceptable at all It was my second time the appointment got canceled on the day of the appointment and at the very last minute Their excuse is the same all the time unfortunately the technician has changed his schedules I question them when exactly they are checking the availability of the technicians The worst of the worst is that even at the moment the agent talking to me I overheard other agents apologizing to other customers on cancellations I would not recommend SERVIZ to anyone If I could give no stars I would give ZERO star     Cancellation at the last minute Youngsterzzz
