I have been a subscriber since the very first issue and I absolutely love this magazine What finally prompted me to write interview is the new vegetarian issue This issue and the grilling issue have been the two most valuable ones to me and have really helped me take my cooking to the next level                 Fantastic resource
I love the concept of Serious Eats Magazine yet I have a few problems with it For long time readers of the blog some of the content might seem repetitive I hope that goes away with time UI is crap Take a look at The Loop Magazine and The Magazine to get an idea of how an iOS magazine should look and behave like              More new content
My first review ever I have been working in the kitchen for 16 years and most of the time these magazines cook books go right over my head with crazy recipes and info Not this one It will teach and explain to you about the food and techniques and even throws in some humor Try it out you wont be disappointed                 This Is A Great Find
First off great design A nice clean thoughtfully designed app Pat on the back to whomever put this together Ive been jonesing for an SE app since waaay back and was very excited to see this pop up I will likely subscribe if nothing else to support future development but I do have a few critiquessuggestions The price structure seems a bit off or maybe not This a very subjective issue as the relatively scant topics are dealt with by Kenji in his typically exhaustive fashion Thats why we love SE after all I prefer a bit more variety and ancillary content but thats just me If youre looking to thoroughly understand every aspect of grilling sample issue or making Neapolitan pizza presumably down the road then this is your goto app But while Im not quite ObiWan I know my way around the kitchen I was looking for more of a 099 199 999 structure as opposed to the current model But a big but if youre looking for some massive knowledge on a narrow range of topics Lastly Ive watched SE grow from an interesting food blog in to the premiere informational resource that it is It would be nice if the app could leverage community content in some way that Ive found occasionally invaluable over the years Sometimes the most interesting or perhaps arcane aspects of a particular subject play out in the comment threads improved temps mixes quick tips etc Dont misunderstand SE works best as a curated resource Perhaps this could be done by adding promoted discussions or some such thing and folding the best of that in to the issue Food for thought Best Chris                 Great start Gimme more
Omg its here Everything I love about SE on my iPad I am going to grill from this tonight and I definitely plan to subscribe thank you Yummmmm                 Delicious
