Sequential Spelling

The concept is great but the software is lacking SO frustrated with this software It keeps crashing EVERYTIME I try to login yes even after the app update that was supposed to fix it So this app is useless to us right now        Disappointed

This entirely new app is virtually the same as the old version Same awful computer voice that is often unintelligible Same lame sentences that confuse your kids Even for my 11 year old this app is not one he can use on his own due to the computer voice rendering it useless We love Sequential Spelling but save your money and go with the books     Still a disappointment

We got this last night to try out I love the concept and I hear wonderful things about the program paper version My son has issues with writing which we are working on So I am trying to cut out unnecessary writing unless its actual handwriting practice The voice on this app is automated It isnt an actual human voice Its robotic and nearly impossible to understand Honestly Ive never heard anything quite like it Also he had a hard time typing his response due to the response box not being sensitive enough He had to keep tapping and tapping to get the keyboard to pop up           Eh

Please fix the app It keeps crashing when I try to sign up     Crashes

I was so excited about this App After exchanging multiple emails with the president of the company I have asked for a refund The App did not function well at all I had a lot of trouble logging in and maneuvering between the different levels I have two children who need different levels The registrationlog in process is confusing When it did work for a few minutes the computer generated voice that gave sentence examples for the words to be spelled was difficult to understand The sentences were also strange for young children ie the use of PC as an abbreviation for Politically Correct in level one The App would also close randomly with no explanation Wish I could say something good I guess it has much potential but is far from functional           Dysfunctional

I really wanted to like this program I saw a demonstration at the Florida home school convention The problems are twofold first it crashes a lot Next the computer automated voice is completely inadequate It is very difficult to understand the voice If these issues are addressed I would love to try it again     I wanted to like this

I love sequential spelling program and was excited to find this app However it crashed upon loading in our user info Hope it gets fixed soon     app crashed

However well designed the material may be this app is basically unusable It is unstable the in app purchase is poorly implemented and it is overall frustrating As a developer I recognize the likely sources of all these issues Unfortunately the support would rather blame the device rather than acknowledging the rather serious issues     Many problems

We have used sequential spelling for a few years and were disappointed to find that once again they have released a product that was not ready for students We had crashing issues which I contacted the company about but they a sent back an automated reply that did not address the problem We quit using the program for a few months I decided to see if they had fixed the bugs today I found no immediate crashing issues but I was unable to understand what the automated voice was saying My student certainly couldnt understand her either Im very disappointed with both this product and the company Homeschoolers look elsewhere for your spelling solutions     Automated voice impossible to understand

We use the PC version and love it Sound is not working in the demo of Sequential Spelling on the iPad Volume is turned up Mute is off I would have sent a private message with this concern but the App Store did not show an email address or other contact info for the developer     No Sound

This would be fantasticIF you could understand the persondigital voice it is very digital sounding and I parent could hardly understand So if you cant hear the word correctly you wont spell it correctly Im so disappointed As a homeschooling mom this was going to be such an asset Ill check back sometime to see if its been fixed     not quite

This app has not worked since the iOS 7 upgrade When I contacted the publishers of Sequential Spelling I was told that they are not affiliated with this product Very disappointing     Terrible

I really like the idea of this app My daughter is having a good time being able to work on her spelling on a portable device Unfortunately it is filled with issues We are now on week 2 and we cant even get the program to open It just crashes Also the voice is really difficult to understand which leaves her frustrated that she is spelling words incorrectly because she thought it was a different word Last I am supposed to be receiving emails about her progress but never even received an email confirming my registration so I dont even know what words she is learning unless I do it with her When I emailed about this problem I was just told that the emails dont work at my domain Thats it So overall I cannot recommend this app until they put a little more time into it        Needs work

I would love to switch my daughter to this app for her spelling but it crashes every time I try to register even after the update yesterday     Still crashing
