Currently just hangs at the startup screen Does not work at all I wish that when youre reporting an Other type of incident you could specify a custom title for it like you can on the website Also for those people that are complaining in your reviews about issues not getting fixedthats your citys fault not SeeClickFix Richmond VA does a pretty good job at replying to and fixing issues reported on here        Currently Broken

If you add a comment or create something new the top navigation overlaps the apple top bar on iphone55S Works otherwise though for Chicago issue reports           Top nav in editcreate view broken in iOS 7

When it works the app is great But now it doesnt work any more     Its broken

UPDATE This app is ONLY AS GOOD AS THE CITY I have reported 20 issues from potholes missing water main valve covers to broken water lines 99 of the reports have been issued Case Closed Case Completed status and THE WORK WAS NEVER PREFORMED The City of Houston is reporting completed work when in fact it is NOT The City of Houston is not being held accountable I dont believe this is the fault of this app developer Rather its the problem of the broken city they call Houston I just dont know affective this app actually is I made a case then within minutes it was closed by the city when work was not preformed Some of the complaints just show a picture and no description I know this because one of my complaints is this way and I provided verbiage with it Just seems that the City of Houston just closes cases or keeps them open forever Also I accidentally voted for my own cases Does the city even see the votes Update sure enough the city closed yet another case that hasnt been resolved the cities need to provide information on why the case is closed This app just makes you think your doing something when in reality we are not when the city is not being held accountable     Has potential But

Wow this is completely amazing You report issues and they gasp actually get fixed in a timely manner What Such a great app Easy to use                 Results are unbelievable

Good app lets me easily log issues on the fly Incorporates the phone camera well Location verification is a bit clunky esp if I log issue from another spot But the point is to log an issue it does that effectively           Decent for reporting quickly

Latest post the mapping and location is always off I generally enter the correct location in the notes but I get the feeling DC govt CSR doesnt read them So I have to downgrade from 4 stars to 3 Previous post I think this app was the best idea to turn your average resident into a responsible citizen My only hope is that the folks working for 311 improve their customer service           Great App potential but needs improvement

Ive made several reports from fallen trees to potholes and each time they are repaired very quickly SeeClickFlix automatically notifies all municipalities for the location and is easy to locate and report Of course this will depend on your local governments but here in the Boston area it is great                 Quick response easy to use

But it looks like more of an app for public works Snow plowing street lights Theres bigger problems under the facade of this town like immigrants and junkies sucking the good out of the town i live in           Its ok

I reported it dead tree half a block away from me Unfortunately there is another tree that is also very near death closer to me I think but I dont know that the department person who came to inspect it looked at the wrong tree        Wrong site

Doesnt let me Submit a Report It demands that i put the location 1st but when i do it still doesnt work and doesnt let me Submit I know its not my phone because mine is updated Website worked but this app nope     Useless

This app could be great but I find no one is minding the store In my early days of using it I was actually contacted by a staff person about lack of statemunicipal response That no longer happens and I find no way of confirming SCF actually follows up on my postings Maybe feedback will help change that           No fix in sight

I found this app through a news page The problem here in Cincinnati is that the cities arent using the app For example the City of Cincinnati has its own app So if you post an issue with this app nothing will happen until the problem gets fixed by other means and the issue gets closed by another user I dont have time to close others issues or explain how to really get things fixed street light out go to Duke Energys site for repair If the developers linked this to other sites like Dukes it would be a lot more useful        Nobodys responding to issues

The app is simple to use the City actually responds to reported issues however the app crashes more often than not           Great for improving your neighborhood

Is excellent just take photos of graffiti missing trees needed bike lane fixes and send them right to city hall A satellite view on the mobile map would be very helpful they have it on desktop version Some cities arent with it yet thats why they seem to not listen to reports Just make the app and city hall aware of it Some cities                 Great civic app use to fix your city

The first time I used in Oakland I reported three things and by the end of the day they were all removed it was illegal dumping Awesome and easy to use                 Great app effective

Using this in Somerville MA and it works pretty well I like its guesses about what other issues I might be interested in Only issue there doesnt seem to be a way to say thanks like there is via the web              does the job

A friend of mine recommended this app to report issues and it works so well I submitted an issue yesterday and it was fixed today What a great idea Thank you guys for creating this app to make our cities and communities better                 I am so impressed

Its amazing the city of Oakland has this It shows theyre trying to make Oakland better As citizens we do our best to help keep our neighborhood clean and this app is an amazing tool Hopefully someday we wont need it anymore                 So helpful

Clicked a picture of a pothole submitted it as a test City of Houston had someone out the next morning and was fixing it 2 days later I could not believe it                 Houston this is awesome

I found the app easy to use and effective I used it to report a burned out streetlight and got a very quick response from the City of Walnut Creek                 Works Great Nice App

I like tag idea of this app a lot but sadly there are problems I had to delete it and redownload it because it failed to launch correctly Submissions are moderated Why I do not need an editor to change my submission You need to explain why you do this While the app works OK the City Of Oakland does not and the apps input falls mostly in deaf ears The app company should add code to continuously follow up with Oakland to get results As such this is not much better than emailing the city directly Lastly I want to be able to post multiple images Only a few stars Good idea OK technology poor execution        Good idea BUT

Ive used the app on a number of occasions and it misrepresents what the app does It says it notifies public officials BUT DOES NOT DO SO I had an issue open for six months and the representation is that relevant officials are notified In Las Vegas they are as follows WATCH AREAS NOTIFIED City of Las Vegas PLUS Clark County District A Commissioner Steve Sisolak An email was sent to this watcher Clark County Nevada An email was sent to this watcher Downtown Fremont District PRO An email was NOT sent to this watcher Notify Anyway jrvegas An email was NOT sent to this watcher Notify Anyway Mayor of Las Vegas An email was sent to this watcher And after confusing messaging I receive the following pegged to one of my issues Sorry for the confusion There has never been anyone watching those messages in the past Those are report zones created by by someone with the app but not an official entity We are looking into changing that going forward though I cant promise anything yet but look for news on this soon If there is no one watching why bother telling me there is Did you pick names out of a hat to make it look like the mayor and my commissioner was being notified Waste of time See Click Fix NOTHING     More Suitable Name SeeClick no Fix

Our city started using this app and they seem to have embraced it They responded the same week                 Great use of technology to improve our community

I so want to like this app more but it feels empty and lacking leadership FourSquare has Mayors Yelp has Elite but what this app needs is a way to hold our local leaders accountable Each issue reported should have a field that uses a wiki database to let the app notify the person in charge In areas with no leadership you should sponsor volunteer crews In most big cities outside agencies are contracted for shopping carts and litter Let your database be updated with this info Have a blog where you showcase cities where this is working        Lacking Engagement

You have the ability to get momentum behind an issue Along with providing coordinates and pictures this app lets you vote for issues raised by your neighbors I think were making real progress on a safety issue thats long been ignored by our crummy councilman                 Power in Numbers

Dec 5 2013 Update the apps new update AGAIN killed this app its stuck on the opening screen UGH recommend that users not ever get this app INSTEAD just go to the SeeClickFix website and add that to the homescreen anyways the web icon is better looking than the app icon and at least youll know that the web version will always work because this apps updates always never work     new 3314 update STILL again kills app

New to app but what I see is great I can see how problems are handled as well as how fast Love it                 Great

I deleted the app and reinstalledseems to be working now so Ive upped the review to three stars I recommend the same steps to users with a similar problem I think this could be a very useful app especially since my local government has endorsed it Unfortunately with my iPhone 5 and the latest version of iOS I never see more than the launch screen Cmon developers get it together           Freezes on launch edited

Update App wont let me sign in on my new iPhone 6 either Would love it if the app was seeclickfixed itself Wont let me sign in Ive tried everything to alleviate the problem Possibly an iPhone 5 problem as my coworkers seem to have no problems with their iphone 4 and this app     Seeclickfix needs to be fixed
