DOES NOT WORK Tried to get it to work on both PC and MAC I could specify files to upload but when I clicked Upload I got an error message on PC and system became unresponsive On MAC nothing happened when I hit upload PC version requires you to install Microsoft Silverware which is also notoriously problematic Called support and they couldnt help over the phone and wanted to access my computer over the phone which I will not trust a flybynight firm to do My tax preparer got rid of a similar software that worked and replaced it with this crapware Not intuitive I did the tutorial which is also low quality before calling support as well Not much help DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Horrible software
