Show times not accurate Also most cashiers were unfamiliar with how to use quick pay and it actually took longer to pay Not quick at all Map out of date unreliable too For example Shows garden buffet which isnt even a buffet anymore Now bbq place     Times map inaccurate staff unfamiliar with quick pay

I downloaded the app and for maybe a few minutes it worked where I tried to look for show times I clicked the title it showed an interactive map that should detect where youre at and shiul take you to where the show is Apparently the app got stuck and I had to use the paper map instead        Not Useful At All

This Seaworld app is worthless junk Cant scan a pass barcode the camera acts as if it sees nothing Cant manually enter a pass number attempting to do so crashes the app every time Show times never match actual times Ride wait times are only sometimes accurate and those times are simply coincidences     Seaworld App Is Junk

You guys need to update the app to not ask for location every one second And every time i close the app i need to log in again that another issue fix it please     Need alot of work

Did the whole scavenger hunt at SeaWorld San Antonio only to getting the last badge and find its in an inaccessible part of the park My kids were really disappointed           App is good scavenger hunt not so much

Works like it should It was a little difficult to navigate at first but now I know how to use it Plus you get free game offers every once and awhile Best actual theme park app out there                 Works great

I find using the paper park map that isnt to scale to be very annoying This was no better with what a small portion of the screen it occupies        Map too small

Its like they wanted to cram EVERYTHING into the app they forgot to make it functional The calendar wont tell you any day but todays shows so trying to plan your visit tomorrow just cant happen Also this is Feb and the main page is advertising their Halloween events I kept the app thinking well at least the map would be good but ended up using the nice big paper map they print with todays show times and park hours Overall disappointed     Doesnt do the job

Cannot even login Every time I input my password it CRASHES Fire your programmer and find a new one to debug OR I CAN DO IT     Worst app ever Plz debug

The times for shows are not correct Workers say to use the printed map It is printed every morning     Dont use

My favorite part of the app is being able to look at the park map without having to carry around the big piece of paper My least favorite part is that it crashes frequently or freezes while in the park My son and I like to play the scavenger hunt and enjoy the free items but get frustrated when the app kicks us out and cant find us again Please fix this           Its an ok appSan Diego

The time area on my app always says error Ive uninstalled and it still didnt fix the issue Please fix              Error

I was really excited when I downloaded this app Disappointed when I actually used it It kept crashing when we were at the park and would take a while to load and open again I was also excited about the pay option but was annoyed when I had to keep logging in to my account every time I wanted to purchase something Then only one employee out of 6 even knew how to ring me up using the pay option I could have pulled out my debit card faster and paid than the time it took to log in to my account and the the employees figuring out how to use the pay option It will be a great app once they figure out how to fix these issues           Its ok

This app is completely worthless Crashed constantly didnt have all the correct show times and listed things that werent there     Waste of Time

The only good functionality of this App is the ability to find my car Every place within the park that I tried to use the payment feature refused and indicated it never worked Dont bother to install        SeaWorld

Worked the first time I downloaded the app now just gets stuck loading every time I try to launch it again

Walking directions was really helpful when we were in the park Were able to locate shows rides easily Picture frame was nice too It kept crashing sometimes but it didnt frustrate                 Very helpful

Crashed often Details such as where a tour met did not show up Map is not GPS enabled so you can figure out where you are Ended up using the paper map For a major theme park this is an embarrassing piece of technology     Almost Useless

I loaded the app and it worked fine But then it wont let you use it after that It wont load     Doesnt work

Pros the picture frame time of shows Conseverything else When we tried to purchase anything it would walk me through the whole process and at the end say error and close it all out The badge game wouldnt work at all the whole day Not worth it al all Big disappointment     Not worth it

Dont bother trying to use Quick Pay option in the app nobody at the registers in the park know what to do with it Its anything but quick when they have to get a manager to figure out what to do with it           Skip the Quick Pay option

Nice app its pretty and has a lot of interesting features However I have a few issues with it 1 There is no app support clicking the App Support link in iTunes takes you to a corporate contact page with phone s and street addresses which is useless 2 The current version seems to require the app have location services Privacy Settings on ALL THE TIME This is intrusive and unnecessary           Nice app but

The app made it very easy to navigate the park and I loved that it had the show and wait times for most rides              Very useful and easy to use

Very good app with out it I would have been going circles in the park It would have no flaws if they could add a way to see what direction you are facing in the map              Good

It was so helpful and well designed While others were fumbling with paper maps I had interactive with wait times and the take me there function even gives the route You can browse attractions read descriptions or see in detail what food choices are in your area This is a must have for your visit Well done                 Loved it

Complete waste Besides draining my battery The only thing it did was photo frames and crash every time I tried to do anything else at all Iphone5 one star because it wont accept zero     Complete disappointment

The features are OK and I loved the promise about the passbook integration but its not working So frustrating           Passbook not working

The ride times never updated It would say 5 minutes on the app when it was really 45 minutes at the ride The loading time between pages took forever or just didnt load at all I ended up using the paper map we were given     Not helpful

This app is totally useless There is no even showtime schedules     Useless trash

Wait times are almost never accurate and dont update often the signs in front of the rides are closer to correct Wont recognize that I am in the park and blocks certain features Takes forever to load and forces you to go through the app booting up even if you keep it in standby Eats up a lot of battery in standby as well The paper map at the park entrance is more useful     Useless

The overall concept is great The map worked well The showtimes were accurate For some reason wild Arctic was not showing up under the ride category BIG PROBLEM The Quick Pay feature Register your credit card and shop anywhere all day in the park without bring your money in This seems like a great idea didnt want to be carrying around bulky wallet and lots of money The first time I got stuck was outside Schama trying to buy some ice cream the vendor first said it wasnt working and then said he didnt know how to use it so I would have to go to another booth while Im holding up the line You must have cell service andor WiFi service in order for the smart pay to work Found out the hard way that theres no cell service at the end of the line at the Terrace barbecue Waited for almost half an hour in line to get food it all the way to the end with my two trays and the smart pay feature is requiring me to login The problem is I cant login because theres no WiFi or cell service in that area So after half an hour I had to abandon the food and go somewhere else Last time was of the dolphin encounter Got my tickets headed my phone over to the tenant in order to pay and she told me that quick pay is not excepted at the dolphin encounter I asked her to get somebody else to explain that I had trouble before with the tenant not knowing how to use it but it was supposed to be available everywhere in the park She argued with me and explained that I would just have to go and get cash or credit card I explained that I had left all of that outside the park because of the quick pay feature She told me there was no one she could call Again all of this happening while there was a line behind me For those of you ever stuck at a supermarket cash register realizing you forgot your money You know how embarrassing this can be Ruined my day completely Stay away from smart pay until they figure things out     Dont embarrass yourself READ THIS

I used it for the map mostly It was great It knew where we were You could see where you were going as you walked Plus being about to tap to see more about the show or the ride was cool too I just wished you could use it for the water park too              Loved it

I dont know why everyone is bashing on this app so much but it saved a lot of time for my family when we went to Sea World today It lists all the shows with correct times and even has a car finder Sea World is amazing and you must see the Shamu show The Manta ride is so much fun a well Thanks for reading              Get the app It helps a lot

This app was a life savor it helped me get to all of the shows on time and I love how it gives you walking directions It never crashed idk why all the reviews are so negative Its probably just people who havent upgraded their old iphone lol                 Great

For some reason the picture icon on the app does not access photos already on my phone I took some selfies after I realized I could use the beautiful backgrounds in the app This app is a disappointment specially when the owners have sooo much money you would think theyll invest in a more decent app for such a wonderful park     Not Impressed

Ive used the App before but now it shuts down when I tap on Welcome to Orlando     Cant open

I appreciated having the park maps on my phone but my battery drained too quickly to use it throughout the day The GPS worked pretty nicely too The biggest hassle and drain on battery was having to redownload the map and attraction data every time I reopened the app It used my location to suggest which sea world location I would want but never remembered my choice It didnt cache the downloaded info either so it wasted my data too With a little refactoring I think the app could be improved quite a bit Also it would be great if sea world invested in Apples iBeacon technology for navigation and attraction infodeals This would provide more accurate location tracking and preserve battery life           Decent app Drained better too quickly
