Short critiquethe app simply does not work whatsoever App Does Not Work
No funciona página en blanco Basura total Ya no funciona
Crashes all the time the older version gave you the option to buy parts of a volume Total waste Garbage
Doesnt even start on my 4S I would expect more of Apple quality control Crap
How does an app with nothing but 1star reviews get a 4 rating This app should be renumbered v0000001 shouldnt have even been released unless Amos Press is looking for a big pile of negative reviews Thank goodness it is free because it only loads the briefest of pages with one nonworking link Amos should go back to the CDROM version At least that could be copied to my hard drive work well I am sorry I couldnt give this a rating less than zero Epic FAIL
It shouldnt be called an app I wanted an app to take a picture of the stamp in order to identify it and then provide more information Scott has one of the biggest catalogues and should consider going to google for help This could be the most amazing stamp collector app Doesnt work
I use the old app constantly This new one doesnt work at all Please fix it Please fix this
I downloaded the app and created my account but when I open the app nothing happens I cant see any of the catalogs obviously cant buy any of the digital catalogs so in other words this app does nothing Bring back the old app that lost support on 123114 Total junk
Major step backwards from the original app Scott has taken a play out of the USPS playbook by forcing users to move to this app Typical move to try to generate revenue This application shows that Amos is making a money grab over producing a quality app Not Worth Rating
This new version is far worse than the old app which could barely be called an app itself This new one is I intuitive hard to navigate lacks the ability to zoom in and out with the usual finger gestures and lacks good bookmarking You cant swipe a page at a time because a swipe will zoom through a dozen pages They would be doing us a favor if they would just make the catalogues available as ordinary PDF files so we could use the PDF reader of our choice Dont bother with this garbage app unless or until they make major changes to make it useable Worse than the old app
I downloaded the app registered for an account and hen I hit OK the app bombed out I cant even delete the app to try reloading it This is no good dont download Bombed Out
I am a stamp collector and thought this would be a great app All the reviews are spot on This app doesnt even work I created the account but cant even open the free link Whaaaaaaat You would think with the prices they charge they could get this right Doesnt work at all
Is there anything less than one star This app sure deserves it I have been waiting years for a good electronic tool and hoped that Scott would lead in this area Unfortunately the best thing to do is buy a paper catalog and scan into PDF Sometimes the simplest solution is the best Complete bomb
I had to restore my ipad and when I did i lost all my 2014 catalogs Apple nor Amos press would do anything about it I hate this App so much I may quit stamp collecting and sell everything I cant even buy the catalogs on the app you have to go to Amos Advantage website to do it The worst part is you lose the portability of the catalogs Stamp shows aware often in places where you cant get wifi or you have to pay for it and cell phone reception is bad In such cases the app is useless since you need a Internet connection Ive been told by Amos this wont change for the 2016s Worst app ever
Why doesnt Scott producttest their socalled apps with actual stamp collectots Very disappointing Not Ready for PrimeTime
I love my Scott Catalogues They are at once history sociodynamics and symbols of what some people think are important treasures I collect BOB stuff so I practically have the Vol I and Specialized Volumes in bed with me I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT SCOTT LET THESE PEOPLE USE THEIR NAME My app crashes way too much it is nothing like I expected Im a UI consultant and lemme tell ya this turkey is only about half baked Do not buy this version This was produced by Scott
It is unfair to even call this an app It is simply a tool that runs in a browser session There is no offline ability which renders its value almost completely useless Users are simply taken to a browser session which is clunky and difficult to find the catalogs after they have been purchased The catalog runs as a full copy of the Scott book with corresponding page so if you memorize all the page numbers in the catalog you can navigate quickly there The search tool is not much more helpful either and Im a very experienced user of technology For me the worst part is no offline viewing This catalog is fine on a stationary PC but fails entirely as a mobile app Please bring the old style with offline view back Very Disappointing
Really bad Very slow Awkward implementation Worse than previous poor app No ability to display previously purchased eCataloges New Scott ECataloge App
Just a portal to their website I cant believe Apple allowed this on the App Store I purchased a catalog and cant even open it A total waste of money Horrible
