Every time I try to buy something the app forecloses and wipes everything from my cart After awhile its to frustrating to keep doing it over and over so I went to the actual site and it freezes I thought it was my connection but your website was the only one freezing on both the iPad and computer I would love to buy a ton of clothes from here I had 15 things in my bag that rang up to 24 bucks I live in Cali and that sun heard of even for thrift stores Lol fix the bugs please           Bug needs fixed

We have three children and try to stick to a budget This app and site helps Fair prices clear pictures and accurate descriptions re condition and blemishes combine to make this a wonderful upscale childrens thrift shop available anytime anywhere Bonus 40 of the sale price goes to designated schools                 Wonderful Resource

They cancel orders with no explanation and say they refunded you when in fact they didnt My emails are also intentionally ignored Over this I referred a huge amount of people to schoola and I am embarrassed to have done so Save your time Go to once upon a child or platos closet instead     Poor customer service

I love this app The only probably is shipping is to high I bought a three dollar shirt and ended up paying ten bucks for due to shipping other than that I love it I donated two bags already and my sons schooled earned four dollars so far So glad I found a useful donation place              Great but

I downloaded this app about 15 minutes ago I was put off by the juvenile language in the scripts dagnabbit Boom Etc I found 4 items and immediately put them in my cart About 5 minutes into the app I was ready to check out but the script said Dagnabbit Someone snagged the xxxxx xxxx whatever item I had from your bag So basically after putting items in your cart the app is unable to keep it for you to purchase and somehow allows others to steal your bagged from you I wouldnt put up with someone taking something from my cart at a store and I sure as heck wont put up with an app that allows it either Just as a test I put another item in my bag and attempted to buy it instantaneously It didnt work either Deleting the app and moving on In the words of the designers of this app Lame Boom     Dont bother

I just received my first order from Schoola and everything looks great Made my order off the app which was very easy to use and I was surprised by the pricing compared to our local Kid to Kid Schoola was much better The filter function does need a little work as I found certain items like outwear and shoes wouldnt show up once a filter was selected The checkout process is simple and I love that a percentage is donated to school programs Shipping was also very quick What really sold me is when one of my products was found to have a slight blemish I was immediately notified of the find and asked if I still wanted to product or be reimbursed Overall I love the service clothing choice pricing and school donations Schoola offers Great job                 Amazing Service

After submitting the form twice to receive the shipping bag to send in clothes Ive been waiting for over a month and havent received anything Ive since donated all the clothes I was planning on sending in Thanks for nothing     Still waiting

You can get good deals if you wait til they run promos Generally the stuff is too expensive to pay full priceand shipping for small orders is borderline ridiculous Customer service used to be great now it is soso at best It has a lot of problems that should have been addressed and rectified a long time ago The whole stuff disappearing from your cart things being listed as wrong sizes for instance a womans size small6 being listed and sold as little girls small6 it doesnt take a genius to see the difference Searching could be improvedhalf the time their shipping confirmation emails dont go outshipping takes forever Around 9 or 10 days actual transit so if they take several days to get the order filled its pushing 2 weeks Also Ive yet to be notified over a year later that any money has been paid to my school that donations were supposed to benefit They say they pay quarterly I surely would have received one of the several emails they should have sent by now But who knowsdonate at your risk           Just okay

You dont get the correct search results on this app and half the items on their site dont show up Too frustrating to even bother with As for the organizationthey still havent credited my school for earned over a year ago I only get vague answers in emails to customer service        Horrible app

While Schoola does offer AMAZING deals when you take advantage of their generous referral credits and frequent promotions dont order from them if you need your purchases in a hurry Sadly I have been waiting on my most recent order for 24 days now Overall love this company they have GREAT customer service and I believe their prices are more than fair I have ordered close to 100 items from them and there has only been one instance where a sweater STUNK SO BAD like a cigarette that I had to throw it away They do NOT wash items before they sell them to you much like Goodwill or Savers so you should ALWAYS wash before wearing them even if the item is new with tags Also the cost to upgrade your shipping service is INSANE Ive never seen another retailer charge so much for upgraded shipping Its ridiculously expensive and still not guaranteed to arrive on time The shipping is the most disappointing thing about Schoola But at the same time shipping has always been free when I placed my orders so I feel guilty complaining Its just very slow                 Slow shipping but wonderful prices

I havent boughten anything yet I set an account up for my childrens shool and had a bag sent I get a letter from the post office stating I had an envelope but postage wasnt paid I went and got my envelope and it was the schoola donation bag that is suppose to be free I had to pay the postage What the heck is that about Its says free That is not free I hopefully it will be better when I actually purchase something           Is this a scam

The is much faster than using the web on an iPad but the app is glitchy While you can select multiple subcategories such as blouses and polos the app will only display the first subcategory in the list Also empties your shopping bag if you register after filling it or flip to a different screen        Glitchy

I love the idea There are 2 major issues though The first is that the retail prices on a lot of items are significantly off A majority of the items I can buy brand new on sale at most of the stores for the price schoola offers That leaves users not wanting to purchase items that I may have donated to raise funds my school I am then out the item and no money for the school Secondly a LOT of items are not placed in the proper sizing category If you search a size 10 in big girls you will get size 10 out of 714 girls section as well as a size 10 in juniorswomens sizes as well That makes shopping very difficult and a hassle since you dont really know if the item is a kids size or a teenagers size        Great concept needs major improvements

I have purchased several orders and the clothing is as discribed Shipping isnt very quick but its not horrible I love shopping on Schoola because I am also helping schools Please please fix the crashing on this app I have had more than 20 items in my bag on four or five different occasions when the app will crash and when I go back into the app all of the items are gone from my cart How frustrating              Love Schoola the app could use some work

In this store You cant search the size and brand Only the size age gender Plus theres nothing good bc they sell on eBay They probably sell the good hard to find piece there bc they can get more for them If you try to login it closes the app so if you want to shop you have to without logging on     Nothing good
