The app worked a good portion of the time on iPod touch with iOs 6 but not always Sometimes would open to black screen and crash Sometimes would say not registered Downloaded app again to get it to work Front desk admitted it can be buggy at times Could not ever get it to work on iPhone 5 with iOs 7 Couldnt even open the contacts list from inside the app Spotty service better than none

It is simple to activate and start using Sandals just keeps getting better and better Love it See you next year Awesome

Tried all week support staff and front desk was unfamiliar with app and how to support it I was able to make FaceTime voice and video calls but only to other Apple users Very disappointed in this app Doesnt work at Beaches Negril
