Sand Gardenâ„¢ for the iPad

Very visually pleasing Fun app and a great deal for only 1 REALLY needs a save feature in the next update guys But still well worth the money                 Really nice

needs a few audio track otherwise not bad              not bad

I bought this for my wife and found myself liking it Very calming to create the garden However 1 menu buttons to switch between tools too hard to hit because so tiny A floating menu would be better or at least bigger buttons Often you make a dimple in the sand trying to switch tools 2 Am I missing how I can save my garden to come back to later Even better ability to save many gardens to come back and change and enjoy later Spending time creating a great garden to only have to have it disappear when you leave the app is not fun Especially if you forget to even take a screenshot of it           Wish it could save gardens

Very well done app the only problem is that there no sound I would love to be able to listen to some relaxing sound of rain or wind           Nice app but where is the calming sound

Pretty graphics but very poor user interface Microscopic menus and little or no tool customization There are plenty of better free apps for the iPhone Pity none has caught up to the iPad Sand feels more like play dough than sand Rakes are all fat and clumsy No wide rake to do wide areas No fine rakes for small detail Menus wont stay out for you to try different settings Here is hoping that these will be fixed and I can get my moneys worth As it if it will just sit there unused NEW I just noticed that your garden is not saved so you have a blank box every time I want my money back     Nightmare interface

Good appdoes what it says Response is good Wish stones had splash options and could adjust colors better Otherwise very nice And could save up to 3 gardens to work on later              Nice App

This is an awesome beautiful app I picked this up after having so much respect for PDJ on Nano Fighter This is really cool The tools are great I love how you can adjust the lighting to fit the time of day Maybe a cool update could bring water with motion and fish Also could have the very bright reflection of the sun and moon Here is a tip someone mentioned that when you place a stone on sand it doesnt sink in or give the visual effect that it is sinking in All you have to do is create the sink marks yourself by drawing under or around the rock This works better as you can really create your own infinite detail I recommend this app to anyone looking to have relaxing fun with a pretty app that allows you to be creative but does not require you to be an artist                 Beautiful app

DONT BUY IT       

I had high hopes for this app Small awkward menus as others have noted Rocks dont interact with sand they float in their own layers Poor responsiveness when raking second or two delay as it catches up        Looks better in screenshots than real life

The shadows and rock texture and rotation are stunning The sand texture isnt as well done and appears plastic and somewhat loRez by comparison especially in colors other than beige When the light is set to daylight its hard to see what youre doing in the upper left of the screen Snapshot button works well for screen saving but is hidden under miscellaneous The app seriously needs a way to save the work in a library so users can go back and rework gardens Also needs a simple undo button in addition to the full wipe I agree that the buttons should be larger I need to use a stylus so I dont make unwanted dimples in the sand Will give a better rating when the save to library option and simple undo is added              Very good but needs better save option

Does what is intended peaceful distraction Visually pleasing and fun to make endless array of designs My little zen garden sits anywhere I go                 Peaceful App

After playing with some of the brilliant particle effect toys this is just blah As a virtual app the sand garden loses its charm and meditative quality leaving just a little gimmick Would be worth a free download but dont pay for it You can do much better        Underwhelming

This is such a great app The only thing wrong with it is that you cant save your sand garden I work so hard on it and then POOF When you leave the app its gone forever I would give it 5 stars if you could save the garden But over all its great I love how you can change the lighting and how you can chose the different styles of rocks and sand A great app especially for 99 cents              Bravo
