Delivery of the paper version was always a problem Some mornings they can t even deliver the electronic version I m amazed they re still in business     Lousy newspaper lousy software getting my news elsewhere

This used to be awesome app but somehow it s been ruined It takes 27 seconds to open and if you go to another app or go do something else it s another 27 seconds to reopen the app And DON T EVER use the scroll function to look at a previous day s edition unless you don t want to return to the latest paper The downloads are surprisingly fast recommend you download the entire edition before reading Please fix this     Keeps Getting Worse mcpatters

Since the latest upgrade on the iPad I am unable to go to the downloaded papers and scroll through them to pick a date I like reading the digital paper much more but since I cannot scroll through the papers I actually have to remove the application and download it again Please fix this soon Great application other than that I also tried to check the paper out today since i like this digital version much better than their regular version But it tells me the server cannot be found             Downloaded files won t scroll NoScoll

I love the layout and how the app works BUT if you go to a previous days paper you can t move forward to any later date I ve tried logging out clearing cache and ultimately have to delete the app reinstall and sign in again That s not OK when you ve been out of town and want to catch up This issue has persisted for months                 Love reading online BUT Been there too

For the second week in a row the Sunday paper won t load Last week I called the help line but got shuffled around from place to place finally landed with a woman who was totally unhelpful and pretty rude too We have been using this app for 2 years now and she kept saying it was a problem with our internet It wasn t The weekday paper loads fine just problems on Sunday I also wish I could print from the app but that s not available I would like to print puzzles and articles but have to go to the website to do that Frustrating         Frustrating Brownal
