I can t speak to the search filter functionality but this app does exactly I what I needed it to I wanted to have a locked down view of specific YouTube channels for my kids without YT recommendations or AutoPlay This app does that perfectly I ve selected channels that I know are safe that they love and they can view any video in those channels but nothing else I leave the search feature turned off entirely                     Exactly what I was looking for MattHentrich

I used to be able to restrict the access to YouTube thru restricted website after install this app you tube becomes wide open how am I going to disable this app     Worst app that mess up the security Kadiao

This is exactly what I was looking for as far as being able to set up playlists and set a password Only problem is there is no way to sort search results and they are in no discernible order Plus the results are in list format only rather than allowing a grid of results like YouTube returns If the sort functions were there it would make this app a lot better                 Almost perfect lph57

This app is perfect for my seven year old daughter that loves watching animal videos on YouTube It is simple to use and I can now choose the channels she watches She is now allowed her to carry the iPad around while she watches her own channels without worrying if she will accidentally end up on any inappropriate videos It was worth the money for my family that now has profiles set up for each child                     What we needed Cecil_53

It is almost perfect all that needs to be done now is to have a sorting system for the channels oldest newest newest oldest so we can see most recent videos made             Updates Hoping to get better

It works well for making playlist and blocking search but when you don t when to block search but just filter it it still shuts it off when passcode is lock even after turning off block search this is quite dissapointing                 I can only give 4 stars Lethomas93
