I use SafeCopy for all my computers I downloaded it for my iPad and love it I am able to open all backed up files from every computer and see them in any format Excel PowerPoint Word pdf etc Now every file I have is at my finger tips Donna

Paid subscriber 3 years and can only see what I backed up a year ago Some of those listed files Ive removed with the OSX client When I try to access even the files that are really there the app crashes Cant believe they neglect to update this More than likely I will look for another backup service when my subscription runs out Worthless
This app was sort of OK for a while but now crashes so often its not worth using Also never seemed to keep files up to date meaning changes made to original file in my computer were not reflected on my iPhone 6 ios811 Was hoping it to be a sugar sync replacement but falls short of being reliable now crashes App crashes

Update I tried the file sharing feature When you open the email link it says file is still uploading try again later Also cant preview without crashing my iPhone 4 Zero stars I am a SafeCopy Backup subscriber paid version This app worthless SafeCopy needs to get their act together and fix the app so that it has a purpose before calling it a feature Not worth downloading
If I bought this app for iPhone use its worthless The capability to back up over 200GB view with just a file viewer is silly It needs at least the ability to view by folders so one can drill down It would also be extremely useful for an iPhone app to actually provide the capability to back ip the iPhone I did buy the PC app to back up my home data Very weak iPhone app
Well this app used to work I could view and share files But somewhere along the line it stopped doing either It crashes when you try to view files and it never sends a file Ive shared even though it says it was successful Perhaps it was one of the recent OS updates In any case Safecopy needs to get this working again It makes me nervous whether my backups are really intact Used to work
Unlike the description there is no ability that I can find to browse your backups all you see is a Most Recent view You can search but if you dont know the filename youre hosed Rather useless
