I ve tried to get this working for 12 hours now It only loads activity list and then stops working the moment i click on video or people or anything else Documentation is non existent and the installer doesn t know how to debug Their support for the app just tells you to make sure a port is open I tested opening all ports and only see port 80 traffic so he really doesn t know anything This is a very important feature to see whats happening when i get an alarm monitoring call It doesn t have touch ID support either I m really not impressed with the S2 system so far It is a maze of poorly named menus and executing any normal programming requires going through menus splattered all over the GUI I guess i have nothing to compare to but everything about it feels stuck in the year 2000 Including this app Please please make this work We ve invested a lot in this     Doesn t work JabberMikey

No comparison to the native web interface even when viewed on the phone Other than quickly audit the activity log I struggle to find any practical use for the app I should be able to view all the details of a user profile and activate deactivate a badge for rapid response at a minimum Bonus if I could manage access levels and reader portal groups too     Seriously lacking in features moonrzn

App crashes constantly and is very unstable when connecting to controller IPhone 7 does not work with person id photo capture Support team is very helpful     Great potential but not quite ready xw6mr

V2 2 Update Portal control returns but requires activation of unknown means please update app to include instructions on any requirements for use of the portal function Simply enabling in the app doesn t work V2 0 Update Please re add the ability to remote unlock doors this was available in prior release and is now gone entirely The S2 Mobile Security officer is your everyday what s going on in my building app for those on the go Certainly makes tasks allot easier than having to login into a web page with miniature icons and click points This app requires special ports to be opened so check the S2 documentation but once connected it works great Also this is not an app to control the system it s only for monitoring purposes                 Most useful app in the Electronic Access Category JM Here

The functionality is minimal The activity log won t let you scroll because it keeps trying to move back up and populate the most recent logs It would be nice to have actual control over the system even if it s a minimal level This app is of very poor quality and functionality and I m surprised it s even offered in its current state         Read Only sub-zero

The web interface is much better naturally as it is the primary way to access control your S2 NetBox However this app doesn t even compare poorly to that This is just simply poor app design And worse yet based on the screenshots of the 4 7 web interface they re apparently trying to transition TO this in the web side too Worst thing so far is a complete inability to access any door s controls from a master list of doors Because their is no list of doors at all You literally have to scroll through the activity log to find a reference to a door portal in the log And only then can you click on something that lets you unlock a door HORRIBLE Plus as far as I can tell you can t lock a door portal that s currently on a schedule Because even on those doors the button given or maybe I should say hidden in this app only shows unlock regardless of the true lock state I m glad the app exists because we were promised it was coming soon by our vendor And having that option was a major selling point for us But this is a ridiculous first attempt I d give it the 1 star it deserves if I wasn t SOOOOO happy about finally having ANYthing on iOS available now 6 months after our system was installed         Not a good implementation Jamescat
