For the employers not having Touch ID support means using utilizing another password app and having to copy and paste our password assuming you have a secure password as you should This is ridiculous Please update this app to include Touch ID ASAP     No Touch ID Support

The app could have more functionality however it saved me today For quick payroll processing when your computer system is down this is GREAT Im sure my employees would agree since their checks will be processed on time Great app If you have an old adp payroll productsystem make them upgrade you so you get this app              Saved the day

Every time I try to log in I receive an error message even though I can log in fine on the website Useless app     Doesnt work

I agree with other comments Need complete reports ie Benefits reports I cannot complete payroll without them     Almost useless

Upon opening this app it reroutes me to the App Store as and employee to download something else that automatically comes up as NOT FOUND Worthless     Worthless

Click on employee A Employee X data comes up If your companies name is Automatic Data Processing you need to get this stuff right        Terrible employee mapping

This app is really good for the on people on the go I can prepare my payroll from scratch or have it ready and finalize it on my iPad I just wish I didnt have to turn my iPad in order to adjust the view This app is for iPhone or iPod not for iPad Just one more tweak and it will be perfect              Just Right

I have been using this app since Nov 2013 never had an issue with processing payroll through this app I would like to request that you add the hire date field in the employee profile on the app Im not able to log into the website from my mobile device it is frustrating not having the complete employee profile accessible on my mobile device Please include the hire date in the employee profile on the next update              Works Great

This app is horrid Only superficial access to data any you cant edit any of it Whats worse now Im blocked from the full site All those 5 star reviews Likely ADP employees     Terrible app

Clicked on employee list and click on an employee but a different employee comes up on the screen Cannot toggle through employees           Works but buggy

But I wish it can give more detail and more report like check number and previous payroll reports           Its workable

Great app with a good set of features for the payroll person on the move However it is screaming for an iPad version        Really Need an iPad version

As a small business owner I can not say enough good things about this app and ADP as a service Customer service is of the highest quality I have encountered while doing business with any company The attention to detail and ease of use is above and beyond the competition Thank you so much and keep up the great work ADP                 Awesome update

I tried logging in three times and kept receiving error messages I can login on computer with no problems Very disappointed as I am always on the go     Will not allow login

I have been trying to login without any luck Called customer service and they werent able to help me Every time I try to login it says that I have entered the wrong user name or password and I know for sure that I have the right information     Worst app ever

Youd think one of the largest payroll companies in the world responsible for handling billions of dollars of employee compensation could pitch in a few bucks hire a few programmers and get their program to work effectively on a tablet computer Perhaps they werent aware of this new thing called tablet computing you know iPads the Microsoft Surface Its all the rage you really should check them out ADP also has a really tough time with some of the most popular Internet browsers ever created Every month I enter my credentials precisely and every month this system locks me out because Im not holding my iPad in the correct position or I make the terrible mistake of actually using a standard navigation button The programming for which seems to be beyond the capacity of their constantly buggy software I would recommend paychex Save yourself a lot of aggravation or better yet handle your own payroll through QuickBooks Pro What a consistently annoying waste of time     ADP Our monthly failure

This app is good for running payroll on the go however I would like to see a feature added that allows for the review of time cards in the mobile application           Owner

Useless Cannot access data and now cannot go through the web or Safari on my iPhone I need to get into my account and will now have to go to a separate computer Thanks for all the wasted time and aggravation     APPLE UNUSABLE

I need to send an employee a password reset cant do that Need to send an employee a pay stub cant do that Tried to access the website from my phone but it keeps taking me to this useless app with no option they to view full site Highly irritated since Im on vacation and dont have a computer        Need to include more functions

This app DOES NOT WORK with wholesale accounts which makes it exceptionally stupid that the Run Payroll website automatically forwards to this app How am I supposed to run payroll for my clients while I am on vacation or out and about Extremely poorly thought out process and very frustrating     Needs iPhone web support

While the app is pretty useful for entering a payroll it is a bit cumbersome It lists all employees you have ever had even if they were terminated in the previous calendar year or earlier However it does not let you add new employeesor make permanent changes to their records You must do that with a computer On the other hand you can make most any change to pay or deductions for the payroll you are working on I would be fine with adding minimal information for a new employee so that payroll could not be submitted until the entry is completed on a computer but payroll totals could be seen The most handy feature is that you can access cash requirements as well as enter and actually approve payroll if you have updated all of your employees changes via computer first Hopefull they will do some upgrades in the future to make it a truly useful app Unfortunately the employee changes and additions would be the handiest function to have on the go as without those you are still tied to a real computer for most payrolls It could be handy now if you need to approve an already entered payroll while out of the office              Can not add employees via mobile app

I downloaded this app a few days ago very excited because I am traveling and it has yet to work Fix it or take it away     App not working

The app doesnt work To make matters worse it opens every time I try to access my account from my cell phones browser thus preventing me from using the website Fundamentally flawed like much of ADP     Worse than worthless

I operate fully using i devices iPhone and iPad Im unable to change payroll info for employees within the app unable to change my password cant run full reports or really anything other than run a simple payroll So every time I need to do any of these things I have to borrow my 12 year olds laptop to achieve these functions If youre going to develop an app make it fully functional thats my opinion and greatest wish Many small business owners simply dont use a laptop in the field as its large and unwieldy And iPads have the full capacity of a laptop in every other way and many apps I use for example my client database and client calendar are 100 full capacity and extremely simple to operate on my iPad If these features were added Id give this app 5 stars without question So please consider revising and updating this app to be more user friendly and Ill be a happy camper Our company has been an ADP client for many many years and the client services are outstanding No complaints there at ALL           Functional but needs more features BADLY

Since the update I am getting a No security token error and cant even login Happened on multiple phones I have iPhone 6 please fix this Great app besides that     No security token error cant login

I really thought this would be easier for on the go stuff but I need to be able to print my reports and edit employee data This was a waste but at least it was free     Read only I need a print option

They need an iPad app that takes advantage of larger screen or improve safari functionality Scrolling in the payroll window not functioning consistently        Clunky

Cannot dismiss notifications and the red icon is very annoying I wish there was a way to go back to the prior version if I would have known I would have never updated this app Someone needs to fix this please Very annoying I had to uninstall because I hate to have pending notifications and the icon there     Business owner

I cant change the check date when I try to start a new payroll For example I tried to run an 111 payroll today Default date was 1116 When I tried to change it I got an error that said the date must be on or before 1218 It then changed the default to 1218 and I couldnt change it to any other date     Stopped Working

I downloaded the app to do payroll It keeps saying update the date and time on your mobile device My iPhone is 5 mins fast I changed it it still didnt work     Frustrated

Does not work keep saying log in is wrong I am the employer not employee     Ruth

This app does not show all reports and numbers that are needed to access even through an app Also cant even find client ID number once logged in though the APP When I call ADP for help they want the client number yet its not even available on the app Needs to work just like working from a desk computer        Ok but needs much improvement
