The app works well for me now although I had a horrible experience with it at first It s a good way to access rulebooks on iPad My original review I bought the bluebook 20 ed through in app purchase and was unable to access it even after troubleshooting with the FAQ section I tried to email support and my email was returned undeliverable I tried to access the support website through the App Store and the domain was no longer valid I heard about this app through the bluebook website You would think they would vet their partners better This app has been less than worthless to me to the tune of 40 I feel ripped off             Edit fixed many issues Jherr101042

I am happy to report that the app is now compatible with all of my iOS devices The earlier difficulties experienced while attempting to view any material on the iPad have been eliminated meaning that it has once again become quite a useful resource                     Working very well now Dissatisfeyed

Basically unusable on my iPad right now Considering how much money this app costs in order to be useful i e buy buying the Blue Book codes etc it should work more often and better than it does Even when it works it s difficult to navigate and find what you need It looks like it was written in one of those BS write once run anywhere platforms and doesn t even follow basic iOS user interface conventions Every time I m researching something and try to use this app I ve been let down and have better and faster results resorting to just Google searching     Garbage nguyenhm16

As other reviewers have said this app is great when it works I downloaded it in order to purchase an electronic copy of the Blue Book for my iPad and it s great to have a searchable reference like that with me on the go When it doesn t crash For example I just tried accessing rule 3 1 The first time I opened the app it crashed when I clicked on rules The second time I opened the app it crashed when I clicked on rule three Does it sound like I m making progress and the third time s the charm Well nuts to you because it crashed the third time too the same way But seriously I spent 40 on this book I have the newest model iPad with the most up to date iOS And this is an app that displays text No graphics no complex processes just text This just isn t acceptable in an age where we ve had iPads and kindles for about a decade especially considering it s the full price of a hard copy This app would be great if it ever worked for me     Completely unstable Hugh G. I ordered Bluebook about 24 38 hours prior to the email I sent them because it wouldn t download I emailed the customer service and not only did I have the Bluebook before the time I needed but they had fixed the problem before I could even address it myself Our society is a busy society and the fact that these people delivered on request and have told me the ETA on my download is better than I can say for most apps Ebooks beat overnight shipping just saying Hopefully you won t have to email the for your download but I do believe this is a start to a great app                     I gave them 5 stars because Gamer201010

No books will download I paid 40 to access the blue book the payment was confirmed and the app immediately threw an error that the download failed It gives me a message whenever I start up saying that it s populating with data from Apple but after half an hour I m still left with an empty library and being given the option to purchase all the books I have previously paid for I am connected to the Internet with no connectivity problems I have not used this app on any other device or under any other account I ve been fighting with it for half an hour and I have tried everything rebooting the iPad hard resetting the iPad deleting the app hard closing the app by swiping up and now emailing support Nothing has worked I just dropped 40 on content for this app so I can blue book a brief that has to be done this weekend and now I have to go spend more money to get a functioning copy of the blue book from somewhere else For the love of God please fix this I m a public interest attorney who doesn t have spending money laying around and your app just hosed me     Does not work at all for first time users mei0023

I only gave this app two stars because when it worked it worked great However when I use the bluebook portion of the app it immediately crashes to the desktop It is now useless and I am forced to purchase a hard copy of the bluebook When I pay money for apps from the Apple Store which is something I rarely do I expect them to work I find it amazing that the apps that are free I have no issues with but the apps that I pay for I do I had thought about purchasing Blacks Law dictionary from the app store as well but will now purchase a hardcopy version as I am afraid it will crash as well         Crash Burn JMyers77

This app is great if you turn the iPad to landscape mode I contacted the developer after I updated my federal rules While the update occurred I couldn t access the rules because it crashed Turn it to landscape mode and it works This will be a 5 star app once this gets fixed                 Crash and burn RomeBurms

I paid for the BlueBook on this app along with other rules I am now only able to use the app in landscape mode If you try to open anything in portrait mode the app crashes to the desktop I just want the content I paid for     Used to work now crashes if you try to open anything Denver Student

I really love this app It is handy and convienent but it does not work well with IOS 8 First problem the app does not show content in portrait mode it needs to be turned on its side for landscape mode This makes the app useless in portrait mode Second problem the app crashes when trying to email files When the app works it is a five star app The developers need to update it for IOS 8 The recent fix for IOS 8 solved neither problem i described     Still Broken with IOS 8 Shr0pshire
