My MLS isnt included Im hopeful they will be adding it soon     Cant use it

If your MLS doesnt participate or your phone is out of date keep up if youre doing business no reason you cant afford to upgrade your technology then there is no reason to leave a negative review for the stellar app This app works great on my iPhone 6 and my MLS is a subscriber so I get full use of this app and its just awesome I love it and so does everyone who has a capable phone andor tablet and MLS participation Giving this app anything less than 5 stars only mean youre a joke I love it and itll probably only get better                 You one star people are sad

I like it a lot but I think it needs a better filtering systems one that allows you to filter between on the market off the market fsbo buyers agent only If its in incorporating information from everywhere then that should be a feasible feature              Just Started Using it

Ive been using this app since July and nearly everyday I love it Whether Im showing or previewing for buyers at an open house or listing a homethis app helps me deliver key info to my clients ondemand wherever Im at Most recently I was out showing and my client spied a FSBO I was immediately able to pull up all the details on the home Also I used the comps analysis to price a listing and create a miniproperty report with the comps and refined value that I provided to all the people at my open house Im happy to say I sold that home in one day with multiple offers Now Im getting numerous calls from other agents in my area asking me about my strategy And they are always shocked to learn RPR has been available to them the entire time and for free As a new Realtor but someone who has worked in this industry for over a decade I not only see the immense value in the RPR mobile appI get results                 Realtor

I just started using it today it has a nice user interface lots of options seems like an app that I will use a lot              Nice

I like how this interacts with the details and surrounding home data The overall appearance is very cool I would consider using this more actively but I am unable to use the app on the iPad because it crashes Keep working on it              Nice App iPad app would be appreciated

Makes using RPR on the go very easy I love being able to open the app quickly see homes for sale nearby and even build reports from my phone Great app                 Love this app

App is great on the go Provides info at fingertips and in manner thats easily readable including tax mortgage and distressed info Even works on property out of MLS area with exception of comps I especially like the easy logon wish the desktop version was as easy Recommend you try it out                 Handy Helpful

Crashes constantly layout not very intuitive menu has 57 sub menus but none are really useful Needs some more work I removed it from my phone     Not there yet

I downloaded this app hoping to be able to use it When I tried to log in it said no network connection After reading the fine print it says compatible for iPhone 5 6 and doesnt mention the iPhone 4 Whats up with that     Wont open not iPhone 4 compatible

RPR is extremely useful in my everyday business I use this app everyday as it helps me in determining fair market value for my clients develop reports for my presentations and look up and save properties that are of interest to me I dont know how I would manage without RPR Its simply the best                 Love this app

On iPad downloaded RPR mobile to give it a try Area near me all showed the listings Went to 4 new listings for the day tapped to see pictures and then it froze Logged in again made different choices same problem Can anyone help     Not off to a good start
