Why cant print subscribers get the digital edition why would we want to pay two times to see RS    

Are you kidding Every other decent magazine out there allows for their print subscribers to be digital subscribers as wellweak sauce     No Access for Print Subscribers

I subscribe to the bi weekly why do I need to PAY for this too No love for paid subscribers     Double Dip

Making an e reader that looks like a mag means you lose all the benefits of being digital This app is an example of why the print news industry is failing in the transition to e publishing Scrap it and start from scratch Look at ny times app for some ideas     Still hanging on to old print style

Bought a subscription two days ago I figured I and my spouse would be able to read it on our respective iPads as we both use the same iTunes account Wrong I called Rolling Stone and was told there is a no sharing policy for the app I said it would be a cold day in hell if you expect me to pony up another 1999 for another iPad subscription within my own family We both can share multiple magazines we each have on our iPads but not this one I have no ideal which MBA genius came up with this model but they should be sent rolling out the door     Forget sharing with your spouse or family member

As a long time subscriber I was really looking forward to iPad release only to be disappointed that they wanted me to pay again     Where is the love

A print subscription does NOT include digital access The FAQ states that archives are available to print subscribers but the link goes to a system error     Archive access for print subscribers not available

This app is unstable Otherwise good prices and content           Keeps crashing

Just read most of the current issue and had to write to say how fantastic I think this digital version of Stone is So easy to read no bugs noticed and the photos are ridiculously vividbeautiful Im old school in many ways but I can see myself purchasing these digital issues from now on Well Done                 Fantastic

The new version requires iOS 6 which removes those of us with the first generation iPads from their reader list Did anyone at Wenner Media think through the ramifications of this move Eventually I will upgrade my iPad But I will NOT be adding the Rolling Stone app when I do     Leaving first gen iPad users in the cold

Downloaded the app then spent 499 on current issue Issue never came up on iPad just a blurred preview of the issue Total waist of time and Im out 499     Complete rip off

The library should only show the copies Ive actually purchased Instead every time I open the app I have to scroll through ALL the issues currently available to find the ones Ive actually purchased Rotten     Library Layout

Rolling Stone is still stuck in the 20th century in not allowing print subscribers access to the iPad issues Get with it Rolling Stone and recognize that your loyal print subscribers are helping keeping you afloat When my print subscription expires Im not renewing AND Im not buying your stupid iPad subscription     Antiquated app

Really dumb that I cannot get a digital copy with my current print subscription Entertainment Weekly Sports Illustrated and many others allow a free digital edition Get with it RS     No Digital with Print

There seems to be some major problems accessing the digital archives which are supposed to be included with a physical subscription There is no way to create an account to gain access to these archiveslots of error messages and improper redirects Hopefully they will get this fixed soon     Major Problems

I purchased 3 print subscriptions only to find out theres no digital access for print subscribers After lying and fabricating the UVA story Rolling Stone needs to do something to restore confidence in readers and providing digital access to print subscribers would be a step in the right direction     Huge mistake subscribing to RS

Instead of downloading the latest issue that I paid for the app now tells me I need a newer version of the Rolling Stone app I updated to the latest version that will run on my iPad but the newest issues still dont work I would already have a newer iPad except that iOS 7 made me want to puke on the display model iPad at the Apple Store not buy it I just want my Rolling Stone Not having to deal with this kind of technical crap is why I thought I bought an iPad in the first place but Apple and Rolling Stone have proven me wrong     Stopped working midsubscription

Paying for a subscription that is now unusable With the changes to the app I cant get the copies of Rolling Stoneyou know the ones that Im locked into paying for till March Its bait and switch Im not about to buy a new iPad and there doesnt seem to be any mechanism to get a refund on my subscription I really wonder if anyone bothered to see how many of us are still using first generation iPads     You know whats not at all cool

When I saw Ron Burgandys smiling face on the App Store Rolling Stone iPad app I was ecstatic I quickly installed it and went to get my print subscription to look for my customer code or whatever to put it into this app I knew for years that Rolling Stone have been talking about getting on the App Store and the day had finally arrived I was very disappointed to find out that not only could I not view the several years of subscriptions that I had already bought and paid for but I would have to pay an additional subscription to see them on the iPad They offer access to the archives which is not anywhere near the same thing as being operational on an app You need to check out SPIN magazines App They do it properly This app was a tremendous letdown and Im disappointed in Jann Wenner and the entire Rolling Stone IT development staff I am going to miss the great articles by Matt Taibbi Way to stick it to your loyal customers Rolling Stone     So excited then so let down

Weak     No digital edition for print subscribers

No longer supported on 1st generation iPad So now that my subscription renewed I cannot read magazine FIX THIS I read magazine on my 1st generation so I see the writing Seriously are you guys going to fix this Is there going to be an apple 60 update Come on now     Upset
