First time we used this app and last We had a room chosen for us by Rocketmiles based on an occupancy for two We were stuck with a queen size bed with a handicap accessible bathroom for the same price as a king size or double queen size room The concierge did not seem very thrilled with the hassles of using this third party app I prefer dealing directly with the hotels when reserving my own room Not worth the miles if I cannot select the type of room I want for a better price No way to select your own room

A friend signs up for Rocket Miles to collect 5000 miles on first booking and paid 30 more I checked the same room on my account for the standard 3000 miles and was given a price 30 less So is it really a bonus if you have to pay for it Its not that 15 per 1000 miles is such a bad deal but the whole thing is so just so sneaky it makes me suspicious of what else they are pulling on me Is it a bonus if they charge you more
This app does a very poor job of keeping mileage numbers for airlines and does a poor job of keeping credit card numbers stored to book hotels I use the app frequently as I stay in hotels 65 of the time and this makes it frustrating to use Poor workflow

If you are using RocketMiles to boost up those miles its not worth it because RocketMiles charges higher fees then any other booking services I have every seen I had requested the concierge service to provide me with the itemized break down for the taxes and fees but they were not able to give me any details which should not be legal High fees and useless concierge service

Ive earned over 200000 points on Rocketmiles The miles are real and you can count on it The bad part is cancellation you might as well forget it once its booked its almost impossible to cancel it and get your money back Also any help needed after business hours are done over email and it can take a while before you get a response theres no live person to speak with The Good The Bad
This app touts the same price as elsewhere for hotel rooms but with added miles I downloaded the app and price compared the exact same hotels on the same dates and this app was 40 a night more Definitely not the same price and not worth it for points Not the same price
