No point in making an app that doesnt work consistently and your order doesnt go through and instead have to provide the order when arriving to pick up your food fail I have now attempted this twice and the store cannot timely make and order nor keep organized App not consistent needs more testing
Its too bad this app doesnt work and the store wont support it The food at Roast is good but the line is maddingly long The app is the only way to avoid the line dont understand why you cant order on the website Unfotunately the app just stopped letting me sign in Hit reset password button at least 10x to no avail Emailed support several times and have never gotten a response Sticking with Dig Inn Awful stopped working no support
Tried ordering just now at the Madison ave location and I could not log on Thinking I had forgotten my password I reset it and was sent a new one which also didnt work Could be because that store says it is not accepting orders Why not Im 99 sure its open What the hell Ill grab lunch elsewhere today Btw its still be nice to be able to order online given that most people in the area are sitting in front of a computer all day Not working
This app has a wonderfully easy to use interface and simple set up My main complaint is after placing the order there are no instructions or information on when the order will be ready or where to pick up the order when it is ready leaving me wondering if I just assume that it will be ready right away or not Once this is addressed easily a 5 star app Great interfacemore work to do

The app experience was great Too bad the customer service was awful I arrived at Roast Kitchen it wast that busy but the cashier ignored me while taking other orders She kept telling me to wait even though my bowl was ready and sitting behind her all that time Whats the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait so lucky my to pick up FAIL Nice app awful customer service
Not a good start Every time I open the app it crashes
Its been several months and the app is still poor The concept of having be meal ready in advance is great But only if it actually works 1 they do not tell you when the food will be ready Today I had to wait over 30 min and the store was a mess of preorders Itd be helpful to have a sense of when to head over there 2 The app needs a comment section so you can give feedback or instructions 3 The app also is glitchy eg The text for saving payment option is on top of text above Needs a comment section
Its great that you buy 10 bowls you get one free The rest is awful Numerous problems logging in order was sent to store with half the ingredients weeks to get my password resolved Its a shame that the only way to get savings is on this app Recipe for disaster
Food is always ready relatively quickly which is great but there are no options in the app to request an additional side of sauce or add jalapeños which is offered in store Nice idea but needs some improvements

Better than waiting in line but needs some changes 1 estimated completion time 2 ability to select multiple proteins this used to be possible so I think it was removed for some reason 3 the toppings need to be printed on the receipt for the workers in a more logical manner Sometimes ingredients that are right next to each other in the production line are printed at totally different spots on the receipt leading to missed ingredients 4ish not really an app problem but it does seem like portions are smaller for app orders vs in person eg 2 pieces of cauliflower one time Ok but needs to get better
Food is great but App doesnt work Gets orders wrong when you go to pickup Doesnt have all the ingredients listed Ingredient pics wont load People dont know what to do when you go to pickup no idea where to pickup etc Incompetent execution Terrible buggy app
Great place but online options should include all available items I get salmon and olive oil all the time but these are missing from online options They should also add a comment section on the order Review
The app isnt terrible and it definitely beats waiting in the long lines during a lunch break My only real concern is it doesnt give you a pickup time I ordered an hour in advance before I could leave for lunch hoping I could choose a 1p pickup time and it never gave me that option I ended up calling the restaurant directly since I didnt want my food to be made and left to sit and get cold There were also a few sections that were hard to read due to parts of the sentence being cut off Overall not bad Not bad but needs work
